Chapter 79 Xavier Said: My Lover

"I have already told him about your presence here, and I believe he will be here shortly."
"What?" Grace's face turned pale.
Did he tell Ryan?
If Ryan sees her, it may not be easy to get away for a while.
"What's wrong? You seem surprised. Do you know my nephew?"
"I don't know him."
"Since you don't know each other, that's perfect. Take this opportunity to get acquainted."
"No need, Mr. Montgomery. I have morning classes, and I'm in a rush. Thank you for bringing me back last night. I'll leave first."
Upon hearing Ryan's name, Grace felt as if she had seen a ghost. It was evident that she truly despised Ryan to a certain extent.
However, before Grace could leave, the butler came to report, "Mr. Montgomery, Ryan is here and wants to see you."
Grace's eyes widened. Did he come so quickly?
Did Xavier really tell Ryan about her presence here?
Meanwhile, Xavier furrowed his brow. His earlier words were just a playful lie without any purpose – probably just to tease Grace.
What he hadn't anticipated was that Ryan had actually come.
"Why is he here?"
Grace was bewildered.
Didn't you ask him to come?
Xavier lifted his gaze and looked at Grace. "Aren't you supposed to go to class? Why don't you go?"
If she were to leave now, she would definitely run into Ryan, and she definitely didn't want that.
"I seem to have misremembered, and the class is tomorrow morning. It's not that urgent, and I can wait a while longer," Grace said.
"Alright." Xavier nodded. "Then let my nephew come in."
Grace fell silent.
At that moment, Grace cursed inwardly at everything she could think of. She took back her previous words about Xavier being a good person!
Before Xavier could say anything, Grace quickly changed her address. "Mr. Montgomery, Ryan and I are strangers, and I don't want to have any contact with him in the future. I hope you can help me send him away."
"Why do you want to send him away? It's only natural for my nephew to come visit his uncle," Xavier argued.
"But I don't want to see him, please, Mr. Montgomery," Grace pleaded, genuinely worried.
With teary eyes and a face full of anticipation, she looked quite difficult to resist.
"Ryan already knows. Do you think I can easily send him away?" Xavier questioned.
"Then, can you let me hide somewhere?" Grace asked.
This time, she had to hide better. She couldn't repeat the same mistake as last time when Patrick caught her directly in the study.
The Bameran villa was so big that if Ryan really wanted to find her, he might not be able to.
Xavier glanced at her and said indifferently, "Take her to the study."
Grace remained silent.
Hide in the study again?
"What's wrong? Don't want to?" Xavier asked knowingly.
"Mr. Montgomery, can't I hide somewhere else, like the warehouse?" Grace pleaded.
"No, just the study. If you don't want to go, forget it. It's just a chance for my nephew to say hello," Xavier lazily replied.
He seemed like a villain, openly showing his malice and leaving Grace with no choice.
"Alright, the study it is," Grace reluctantly agreed.
Even though she didn't want to, she had to. Last time, Xavier didn't know she would come back, but this time, he knew she would be in the study, so he definitely wouldn't bring Ryan there.
However, Grace still felt a bit nervous, her palms sweaty.
Xavier just nodded slightly, and Grace said, "Thank you, Mr. Montgomery."
After thanking him, Grace wanted to slap herself. Should she take back that thank you?
After all, Xavier was the one who called her here, and she shouldn't thank him for causing her trouble!
But Grace didn't have the chance to regret it. She had to go and hide quickly.
With Xavier's command, Ryan finally had the opportunity to come in.
Seeing Xavier, Ryan was extremely excited. "Xavier!"
Xavier didn't have a chance to speak before Ryan impatiently asked, "Xavier, where is the woman you brought back last night?"
Ryan's gaze was fixed on the inside, eager to enter and search every room in the Bameran villa.
Being forced by his father to investigate the woman yesterday, he didn't hold any hope and didn't want to go either. He just wanted someone to check casually, but the result turned out to be that no information was found about the woman Xavier took away.
The surprise came when someone posted several photos on the Skigeth University forum, claiming to have encountered an unparalleled beauty around Skigeth University last night.
Patrick wasn't initially interested, but when he clicked on the photos, she turned out to be the woman he had been longing for!
Instantly wide awake, he had been searching for her for so long and had found no information, yet he unexpectedly stumbled upon her like this.
Patrick had someone check which department and class this woman belonged to at Skigeth University, but no information was available.
She didn't even exist in Skigeth University. How could someone wearing the Skigeth University uniform not be from Skigeth University?
Ryan suddenly thought of the woman Xavier had brought back the previous day, who was also wearing the Skigeth University uniform.
So that's the reason. It's no wonder why the woman wears the uniform but isn't actually a student at Skigeth University. It's likely just one of Xavier's fetishes, and they were role-playing in the uniforms. Xavier probably forced her to wear it!
He had already said that someone like Xavier wouldn't easily fall for a woman. If it's that woman, everything makes sense.
Who wouldn't be enchanted upon seeing her for the first time? Even Xavier certainly wouldn't be surprised.
When they returned last night, their father even mentioned Grace, speculating that based on the figure, it could be her. He said that Grace had been close to Xavier recently, but how could it be that ugly duckling Grace?
Even in the next life, Xavier wouldn't possibly be interested in Grace.
After making this assumption, Ryan couldn't wait to drive over. It was still early, and there was a possibility of encountering the woman.
Although he preferred cleanliness, he wouldn't mind if it was that woman, even if she had sexual relations with Xavier.
"Why are you looking for her?"
"Xavier, you may not be aware, but I met that woman last year and have been missing her ever since. Seeing her at the recent gathering brought back all those memories I couldn't shake off. Xavier, could you please allow me just one glimpse of her, just one glance!"
Ryan had never been so earnest in his request to Xavier: "There are some words I wish to share with her. Xavier, please grant me this opportunity."
"She's not the person you're looking for," Xavier said coldly.
"Can I know just by looking at her?" Ryan didn't believe Xavier. She was sure it was that woman!
"She left," Xavier said calmly.
"I don't believe it. It's too early. She probably hasn't even woken up yet. How could she have left?"
"Xavier, dare you let me go find her myself?"
"Why should I let my lover go find her?" Xavier spoke up, his voice already holding a warning.
The words "my lover" deeply stimulated Ryan. It was clearly him who had taken an interest first, but now, why had it become Xavier's lover?
His eyes were turning red. "Is Xavier feeling guilty? Afraid that after she sees me, she won't want Xavier anymore?"
Xavier remained silent.
Where did Ryan get his confidence? Did he know how ridiculous he looked right now?
"What if you can't find her?"
"If I can't find her, I'll do whatever Xavier tells me to do without any complaints!"
"Good," Xavier agreed. "Then go find her."
With permission granted, Ryan felt like a stray dog that had been let loose, charging straight in.
Xavier calmly sipped his coffee while Ryan first went to the bedroom. After searching around, he couldn't find anything.
It wouldn't be right to leave. Xavier seemed so agitated; she must not have gone.
Ryan searched all the way to the study.
What if she's in the study?
Ryan thought for a moment. It's better to be wrong than to miss out. He was just about to push open the door when Xavier's voice came from behind.
"Ryan!" his voice still resonated with such presence. "That's enough."
