Chapter 407 Stephanie Peed Herself in Fear, Omari Provokes Xavier

They all knew Grace still had a thing for Xavier, even if she never said it out loud.

Just thinking about how Stephanie had tormented Grace made them so mad they wanted to beat her up.

"You hit me!" Stephanie shrieked. "A bunch of you ganging up on one woman! If you've got the guts, bring Grace here!"

"Do you think you deserve to see her?" Scott snapped back, clearly pissed.

"Enough," Steven cut in.

Someone handed Steven a glass of water. He took it with his slender fingers and looked down at Stephanie on the ground.

His lips curled into a cold smile, his eyes sharp, "The Coleman family doesn't go overboard; we just believe in an eye for an eye."

"You threw acid at my sister, so I'm giving you a taste of your own medicine. Is that too much?" Steven said icily.

Stephanie's face went pale with fear, "What are you going to do? I didn't even hit Grace; Xavier blocked it all. You can't do this to me!"

She stared in horror at the liquid in the glass. If it was acid and it hit her face, she'd be disfigured.

She cared about her looks more than anything.

She couldn't imagine her face being burned. Xavier definitely wouldn't want her then.

Stephanie begged, "No! I'm sorry! I know I was wrong! Please let me go. I swear I will never target Grace again."

But Steven, Scott, and Thomas didn't budge. The Coleman family had come this far, and none of them were soft-hearted.

"Now you're sorry? Where was your remorse before? We didn't even know the half of how you bullied Grace," Scott huffed.

Scott was super protective of Grace now. Anyone who messed with his sister was messing with him.

Steven had already raised the glass, right above Stephanie's head. The glass tilted, and it looked like it was about to pour.

"God, no!" Stephanie cried out. Something else flowed out from under her, wetting her skirt, and the floor was covered in a sheen of liquid, filling the room with a stench.

"Steven, this woman peed herself," Scott said, looking at the liquid with disgust.

With that, Steven poured the water directly on her face.

Stephanie screamed, tears streaming down her face.

Several seconds passed, and the anticipated pain didn't come; instead, she found herself drenched.

She looked at Steven and the others standing there, relief flooding her as she realized it wasn't acid.

"Did you get it on video?" Steven asked the person on the side.

The person brought over the camera. "Got it."

"What… what is this?" Stephanie had really thought she was going to be disfigured. Now, in her relief, she realized she had been so scared she peed herself.

"We'll post this video online as your punishment. You should be thankful Grace is okay; otherwise, it would have been acid on you," Steven's tone was still cold.

"If you dare to do anything to Grace again, I won't mind giving you an acid bath." With that, Steven and the others left.

They'd shown mercy this time. Next time, there would be no second chances.

As for the video, it was soon anonymously posted online. Even in the middle of the night, the views and shares were high.

Especially some people who knew Stephanie saw it: "Oh my God, is that the high-and-mighty Stephanie? She actually peed herself?"

"This is so embarrassing. What was she doing, some kind of bondage play?"

"Who knowss? Rich people are weird. She always seemed trashy anyway."

The online discussions were heated, and Stephanie's dignity was completely lost.

Right now, Stephanie had no clue about any of this. She was still sitting on the ground, screaming her head off.

She blamed Grace for everything, convinced it was all Grace's fault that she was humiliated like this.

This was the first time she'd ever been so embarrassed. The thought of that video going online for everyone to see made her shudder.

She could already picture people pointing and laughing at her whenever she stepped outside, all because of Grace.

They had warned her to leave Grace alone, but she just wouldn't listen!

Stephanie was fuming, wondering why Grace always had someone to protect her, first Xavier and now these men…

Grace barely slept that night, but she didn't let it get her down. Instead, she got to work right away, dabbling in some stocks.

Checking her online portfolio, she realized her earlier investments had exploded. A few million had turned into a small fortune.

For the next couple of days, Grace didn't see Xavier. She wasn't sure if he had left, but she didn't really care.

Scott, on the other hand, was doing his best to cheer her up.

Like today, Scott called her, "Grace, wanna go for a walk outside?"

Steven and Thomas had left the vacation villa for some business, so it was just Scott and Chase around.

They headed to the nearby beach, where Grace walked barefoot through the water. Grace was a magnet for attention; even after just a short while, a steady stream of guys came up to chat with her.

But she turned them all down with a simple, "Sorry, I'm married."

Not far away, Xavier was hiding behind a tree. Every time a guy approached Grace, he wanted to rush over and teach him a lesson.

Now that Grace wasn't wearing makeup to hide her looks, she was irresistible not just to men, but even to most women.

Behind Xavier, someone else walked up.

"Why are you still watching her?" It was Omari.

He was there to enjoy Xavier's misery.

"Get lost," Xavier snapped.

Omari laughed, "You have no right to be near Grace. You should get lost. Don't think she'll always like you. Feelings change. One day, she'll like someone else."

Omari looked at Xavier and mocked, "You don't dare to go over, but I do."

With that, Omari walked towards Grace.

Omari approached Grace from behind and called out, "Grace."

Grace turned around, surprised to see Omari.

Seeing her face, Omari's eyes flickered for a moment. Then he pretended not to recognize her, saying, "Sorry, I thought you were someone else. I have a friend who looks a lot like you from behind."

Grace was silent for a moment, unsure whether to admit it was her.

"Omari, it's me." Grace had decided not to wear makeup anymore, so she admitted it.

Omari acted shocked, "Grace, your face..."

Though his tone was one of shock, his eyes showed no fear.

He had known Grace's secret for years. He'd seen her without makeup when she was with Angela.

Omari walked right up to Grace, even reaching out to touch her face.

From other angles, it looked very intimate. He did it on purpose for Xavier, who was hiding nearby, to see.

His gaze was directed beyond Grace, as if he were challenging Xavier.

Xavier's eyes were bloodshot with rage. He couldn't stand this kind of provocation!
