Chapter 108 Finding Someone to Marry

The next day, Grace woke up and went to freshen up.
The sun was shining outside, indicating another beautiful day.
Grace planned to have breakfast first. Just as she stepped out of her room, she received a message from Angela asking what she was doing.
Grace replied: [I'm getting ready to have breakfast. Have you eaten yet?]

After chatting with Angela for a bit, Grace had just entered the restaurant when she heard someone calling her name. "Grace."
"Omari?" Grace was surprised to meet Omari here. "What a coincidence."

Omari just smiled. He didn't mention that it wasn't a coincidence at all but that he had asked Angela, knowing she was in the restaurant.

"It is quite a coincidence. Haven't you had breakfast yet?" Omari asked.
Grace nodded. Omari suggested, "Then let's have breakfast together."
Grace was puzzled. "I heard from Angela that your family is here on vacation. Aren't you going with them?"
"They prefer to eat in the room. They don't like crowds, so they had breakfast sent over. What would you like to eat? I'll get it for you." Omari gallantly picked up a tray.

The breakfast here was buffet-style, with abundant cuisine from various places.

"No need, I'll get it myself." Grace also picked up a tray. She took two slices of bread and a glass of milk.

"You eat like a bird." Omari noticed there wasn't much on Grace's plate. "You don't need to lose weight; you're not fat."
"I'm not dieting, just not very hungry. This is enough for me," Grace replied.
"Eat a bit more. You're so slim. Let me get you a piece of pizza." Omari placed it on Grace's plate, not giving her a chance to refuse.
"Thank you." Since Omari had already placed it on the plate, Grace couldn't put it back and had to thank him.

The restaurant was crowded, and neither Omari nor Grace noticed a tall man standing outside the restaurant. His cold gaze pierced through the transparent glass, landing on the two of them.
Unaware of this, Grace and Omari sat at the same table, enjoying their meal.

"Angela mentioned you came with Ryan? Are you getting married?" Omari asked first.
"No. There's nothing between Ryan and me."
Omari's gaze was fixed on Grace. "If you don't want to marry Ryan, there's another way."
Upon hearing this, Grace became interested. "What way?"

"A fake marriage, then your family and the Montgomery family can't force you."

Indeed, it was a solution, but Grace didn't want to treat marriage as a joke, which was a big deal.

"No one would want to enter into a fake marriage with me. I'm probably not someone others would be interested in." Grace lowered her eyes, nibbling on the pizza.

Omari looked at Grace's face, her long eyelashes like little fans, making Omari flipped. "No. There must be someone."

Grace forced a self-deprecating smile. "I better not cause trouble for others. It would bring them problems with the Montgomery family and the Lewis family."

"Not necessarily. What if that man is willing and doesn't care about going against the Lewis and Montgomery families?" Omari voiced.

Grace raised her head. "There's no such person. Who would be willing?"

"I..." Omari didn't finish his words.

Grace's pupils widened in shock.

Omari cleared his throat. "I mean, there must be someone willing. How do you know if you don't try?"
Grace's heart almost jumped out of her chest. Omari's unfinished sentence was quite unsettling.

"Let's talk about this later. There will be a solution. Let's not dwell on this and affect our mood," Grace would like to skip the topic.

Omari's lips parted, wanting to say more, but in the end, he just said, "Okay."

"How's your brand doing lately? Everything okay?" Omari changed the subject.
Grace nodded. "Everything's fine."

Grace thought they weren't that close to tell him everything about recent events.
Moreover, Omari probably had enough on his plate managing his own company and life; he wouldn't have time to listen to Grace's complaints.

"If you need any help, don't hesitate to ask," Omari said.

Just as Grace was about to respond, she noticed Xavier sitting down in front of her.

She thought, 'Was Xavier here for breakfast too?'

It wasn't surprising since he had come for breakfast yesterday morning.
But he was sitting so close; did he not see her?
Grace hesitated whether to greet or to join Xavier for breakfast. It was a bit awkward to sit with Omari.

Although the pressure might be greater in front of Xavier, Grace felt quite comfortable and at ease when spending time with him.

But it would be impolite to suddenly leave.

While Grace was contemplating, Omari asked, "Grace, what are you thinking about?"
"Nothing. You're Angela's brother, so you're a friend of mine. I'll be for you!" Grace smiled lightly.

"Who are you? You're not worthy of being Omari's friend." Suddenly, Edith's sharp and frustrated voice came from behind, as she walked over quickly and sat directly next to Omari, clinging to his arm intimately.

"Omari, why are you not having breakfast with us, but with her!" Edith glared at Grace, full of hostility.

Although Edith was not the daughter of the Turner family, she had a better relationship with her family just like the real daughter of the Turner family, even better than Angela, the true heiress.

Omari withdrew his hand. "We just happened to meet at the entrance of the restaurant. Aren't you supposed to be having breakfast with Mom?"

"Dad is with Mom. I wanted to see what you were up to, Omari, I want this," Edith replied.
Edith called Mr. And Mrs. Turner 'Dad' and 'Mom' very affectionately. Although she was a fake heiress, she had been calling them that for so many years that she couldn't change it.
Moreover, when she called 'Dad' and 'Mom' just like him, it made Edith feel they were a family with Omari.

But Edith didn't want to be Omari's sister; she wanted to be his wife.

Edith wanted to eat what was on Omari's plate, but Omari said, "There's plenty over there. Go get it yourself."
"No need for that." Edith directly picked up Omari's fork, took a bite, and said, "I won't mind yours."

After speaking, Edith glanced at Grace with disdain and a hint of hostility.
