Chapter 364 Evil People Will Be Taught a Lesson by Other Evil People

Madison couldn't stomach those humiliating words.

She lunged at Sable, aiming to scratch her face, but Sable had backup. With a casual shove from her son, Madison hit the ground.

"I want to see Daniel! I want to see Daniel!" Madison couldn't believe Daniel would be so heartless. In front of Daniel, Sable was nothing.

Daniel wasn't a henpecked husband. Even though he was old, he still ran the Gunter family.

Sable sneered, "You think Daniel cares about you? If he did, he'd be down here by now with all this noise."

Sable came closer to Madison, then went on, "You're not the only woman in Daniel's life. Don't flatter yourself. Do you know how many women Daniel's had? I'm the one who deals with them when he's done. Honestly, he's got a new lover now. If you know what's good for you, leave and don't come back. Otherwise, it'll get worse for you."

"You're lying." Madison shook her head, tears streaming. "You're lying. I want to see Daniel."

Wasn't Daniel always sweet-talking her, calling her baby? How could he just turn his back on her?

"Believe it or not." Sable waved her hand, and the security guard came over. "Mrs. Gunter, kick Madison out. If she shows up again, don't be nice."

"No, stop it!" Madison knelt on the ground, crying. She realized she was powerless.

She had once basked in Daniel's glory, but now she was utterly disgraced.

Madison finally understood Grace's words that a woman must earn her own way; she should never rely on a man.

In bed, Daniel said all the sweet things, but now he wouldn't even show his face.

Sable mocked, "You're not as clever as your mother. At least she knew to marry far away, only companying him once or twice a year to keep things fresh, which kept him hooked for so long."

Madison had always been by Daniel's side. Once he got tired of her, it was over.

With a dismissive wave, Sable had Madison taken away, tossed out like trash.

Sable then strutted into the Gunter Group building.

Many onlookers saw this drama, and since it was broadcast live, it caused an uproar online.

[Oh my God, this is wild. So her mom was with this old guy too, and now she's with him?]

[Why doesn't Daniel just drop dead? Playing around at his age.]

[Madison is so pathetic. Even now, she won't give up and still clings to that old man. Can't she have some dignity?]

[I'm never buying Lewis Group's perfume again. It's gross. I'll buy Iris instead. I heard their boss is a famous perfumer, and Iris's perfumes are really good. The floral scent is just like real flowers and not overwhelming.]

[But isn't Grace from the same family as Madison? There was a big fuss about Grace online before.]

[Grace is different. She's really been wronged. You don't know how badly Madison bullied her. For Grace to have such a strong moral compass in that family is really impressive.]

The scene of Madison being beaten by Daniel's wife was trending online.

Madison dared not go online, and she couldn't see Daniel either. In an instant, it felt like the whole world had abandoned her.

The Lewis Group's stock took a nosedive after Madison's scandal broke. Collaborations got canceled, orders were returned, and the PR team was drowning in work. Madison's phone wouldn't stop ringing.

Reporters kept calling, asking if it was true that Madison was a homewrecker. Even stepping outside meant getting recognized and insulted.

Her photos were plastered everywhere. As long as the internet remembered, she'd always be marked.

She'd carry the label of a homewrecker and an old man's mistress for life, never able to shake it off.

Madison hid away, too scared to go anywhere. The company was looking for her, and she even thought about ending it all, but that was too painful.

Besides, she didn't think she did anything wrong. It was clearly Zach and Daniel who were to blame!

Madison ignored everyone's calls except Brittany's.

"Brittany," Madison cried, terrified.

"Madison, what's going on? Is everything online true?" Brittany asked.

"It's all Dad's fault. He tricked me!" Madison sobbed.

"What a loser," Brittany sneered.

"You're still scolding me at this time? What did I do wrong?" Madison sobbed.

"Forget it. You've never been very smart. I'll get revenge for you when I get back." Brittany had never thought much of Madison. She was incompetent and arrogant.

"Hurry back, Brittany," Madison cried. "And that Grace, she's with Xavier now. She's acting all high and mighty because she has Xavier backing her."

"What did you say? Grace is with who?" Brittany thought she misheard.

"Xavier. Haven't you heard of him?" Madison asked.

Of course, Brittany knew Xavier. A glint flashed in Brittany's eyes. After hanging up on Madison, she quickly searched through her things.

Soon, she found a crystal. A smile curled on her lips.

Holding the crystal, Brittany already had a secret plan brewing.

Madison's scandal was so big that even Grace heard about it.

She wasn't surprised because Daniel was never a good guy, and Sable wasn't someone to mess with.

The Lewis Group was in chaos. Without a leader, Madison shirked responsibility, and no one could find her to deal with the huge penalties for breach of contract.

Madison never thought she'd run out of money, leading to a lifetime of extravagant spending. After getting involved with Daniel, her desires knew no bounds; she wanted whatever caught her eye. Consequently, she hardly saved any money at all.

Now, with so many partners wanting to terminate their contracts with the Lewis Group, Madison couldn't possibly afford to pay these huge penalties.

The Lewis Group's stock plummeted, and small shareholders started selling their shares. Grace bought them back at rock-bottom prices.

Now, she wasn't just an employee of the Lewis Group but a shareholder.

Angela was also thrilled with Madison's downfall. She called Grace to ask if she had seen it.

Angela was very excited. "This is karma. I can't believe Madison is getting what she deserves. You don't know how shocked I was when I saw Madison and Daniel in the restroom during a fashion show. I didn't expect it to be exposed now, and Madison still shamelessly went to Daniel. What is Madison thinking? She's dumber than a pig. But Grace, it's a good thing you hid your appearance. Otherwise, Daniel might have set his sights on you too."
