Chapter 160 Have You Called Others Darling?

Although the fashion show had not yet concluded, Angela's outfits had already been showcased.

Angela felt a sense of satisfaction upon overhearing people discussing her attire. She decided to seek out Grace first, curious about her current status.

When she arrived, she found an entire row empty. Scott and his brother were nowhere to be seen, and neither were Madison and Daniel. She had not noticed when these people had left.

She hadn't even gone to look for Madison, but Madison had already run off—quick on her feet!

Angela suddenly felt the urge to go to the restroom, and there happened to be one nearby, so she went in directly. As soon as she entered the restroom, she heard a commotion, wondering, 'Who could it be, making such loud noises?'

"Darling, darling!"

"Oh God, take it easy."

"Baby, baby."

Angela's face turned bright red. Why did she always encounter such situations? Were these people's desires so intense? Making love in a restroom—didn't they find it dirty?

The last time Angela had encountered Xavier in the restroom, he hadn't really done anything, but this time, it was a full-on bedroom scene.

The woman's voice continued, seemingly trying to please the man. Angela found the voice somewhat familiar; it sounded like Madison.

She had Madison's contact information, so Angela called her. Within seconds, a phone rang inside the restroom. Angela was taken aback—it really was Madison.

Madison was calling out in the restroom when her phone suddenly rang, causing her to panic. "Darling, wait." Madison took out her phone and saw it was Angela. She frowned tightly. "What does this Angela want?" She and Angela had never gotten along, and Angela suddenly called her and felt suspicious.

Hearing the sounds inside, Angela was shocked—it was indeed Madison. This time, she wouldn't let Madison off the hook!

Angela hid in another stall, leaving the door slightly ajar, and aimed her phone's camera at the scene, ready to record.

Inside the restroom, Daniel, being older, was already quick, and the phone ringing had interrupted him, killing his interest. He told Madison to get dressed and then opened the door to leave.

Seeing the gray-haired, seventy-year-old Daniel come out, Angela covered her mouth.

She had imagined Madison with a man but never thought it would be such an old man. He could be Madison's grandfather! This man was the same Daniel who had been sitting next to Madison; he must have been very wealthy. This was too disgusting. Madison really had no shame.

Not long after, Madison finished putting on her dress and came out, adjusting her clothes and appearance in the mirror. Angela covered her mouth—this was truly shocking news. She had to tell Grace! 'Let's see how Madison would flaunt herself in front of us after this!' She sneered inwardly.

In the dressing room, Grace finally sighed with relief when Daniel left. She had just started to release her hand from Xavier's neck, wanting to distance herself from him.

Although Xavier had only said one word, it had helped her, and she felt she should thank him.

"Thank you." As soon as she spoke, Xavier's arm tightened around her waist, pulling her back into his embrace, resuming the position of holding her.

Grace discovered that Xavier seemed to have a particular fondness for holding her waist.

"What did you just call me?" Xavier's voice was tight and hoarse. His deep, enigmatic eyes were no longer as calm and indifferent as before; they seemed to harbor a storm, ready to unleash at any moment.

"I..." Grace's clear eyes now showed a hint of panic.

She had been so focused on getting rid of Daniel that she hadn't realized the implications of her words. Hearing Xavier's tone, she wondered if he was angry.

"I was too nervous just now; it wasn't intentional. Mr. Montgomery, please don't take it to heart," Grace explained.

Considering that Xavier had only seen her current appearance a few times, making them practically strangers, calling him 'darling' was indeed inappropriate.

Knowing she was in the wrong, Grace lowered her eyes. "If you feel offended, I am very sorry, I..."

"You said it so smoothly. How many men have you called 'darling'?" Xavier asked.

"What?" Grace was momentarily stunned by Xavier's question, and then a blush quickly spread across her cheeks, reaching her ears. Her expression showed a hint of panic as she turned her head, not daring to meet his gaze.

"Don't you understand? How many men have you called 'darling' before me? Miss Clark."

Grace felt extremely uneasy. Xavier had leaned in close while speaking, and calling her 'Miss Clark' made her feel extremely shy.

"I haven't, "Grace replied.

Grace had never called anyone else 'darling,' not even once.

As she replied, her face turned even redder. Without a mirror, she couldn't see herself, but Xavier, standing before her, took in her shy appearance, knowing exactly how alluring she looked. This look was even more captivating than when she was Grace. Or perhaps it was a different kind of allure.

"You little liar." Xavier chuckled softly, his voice filled with amusement.

Grace didn't catch what Xavier said; she only felt a sudden pain in her neck. Xavier had opened his lips and was actually biting her neck! More accurately, he was sucking on it, and quite forcefully. Soon, Xavier lifted his head. "This is for biting me earlier. I'm returning the favor."

Grace remained silent.

"Does Mr. Montgomery treat other women like this, too?"

"Like what?" Xavier asked, his head lowered, staring directly at her.

"So frivolously!"

Xavier nonchalantly slid his fingers up Grace's back. "Who's being frivolous, me or Miss Clark? You were the one who came over, hugged me, kissed me, and called me darling."

His eyes seemed to light up as he smirked, "It seems like I'm the one at a disadvantage here."

Grace was at a loss for words to counter him; it did appear to be true.

"I did help Miss Clark. How do you plan to repay me?" Xavier asked.

"I said that if you ever need help, you can always come to me."

"But how will I find you? I don't even have Miss Clark's contact information."

Grace couldn't provide Xavier with her contact information since she only had one phone number, and sharing it would expose her identity. "How about you give me a business card instead, and I'll reach out to you later?" she proposed.

"What if you run away?"

"I won't; trust me." Grace blinked her eyelashes, trying to make Xavier believe her.

At that moment, there was a knock on the door from outside. "Is anyone there? Can we come in?"

It was a man's voice, and Grace immediately tensed up again. Instinctively, she buried her head in Xavier's chest, trying to hide.
