Chapter 326 Xavier is Really Ruthless

In Steph's eyes, Xavier was always this stone-cold, distant dude who didn't get love at all. But right now? Dude was going wild, like an animal.

He was all over some other chick, kissing her like there was no tomorrow.

Steph had always pictured Xavier holding her, his hand on her waist. But nope, all this was going down with another girl.

Steph was burning up with jealousy; she wanted to rip that girl apart.

But where the heck did Xavier find this chick? Did he even know he was drugged with some love potion and just grabbed the nearest girl? Otherwise, why didn't he take her home but came to a hotel instead?

Steph figured it had to be that; Xavier needed to get rid of the drug's effect, and she was just the right person for it.

Steph hadn't seen the girl's face yet because Xavier's tall frame was blocking it. Just as she was about to storm over, she noticed something familiar on the struggling girl's arm. It was Xavier's bracelet!

Steph couldn't believe it. The girl Xavier was kissing was wearing his bracelet? Xavier never let anyone touch that thing, and now it was on this girl's wrist. This meant she wasn't just some random chick.

Steph was crushed. She stood there, stunned, and when Xavier noticed her, she finally saw the girl's face. It was Grace! Xavier had given the bracelet to Grace.

Steph felt like she'd been stabbed in the heart. She'd worked so hard, only to set up an opportunity for Grace.

Xavier must've known about the aphrodisiac in the drink and drank it on purpose, right? He was really ruthless, putting on this whole show to punish her. He was truly cruel. He always found the simplest way to make someone feel utterly hopeless. No wonder people called Xavier a demon.

Xavier had already seen Steph, his eyes blazing with anger.

"Get out!" His voice was ice-cold.

At that moment, someone came up from the elevator. "Miss, this is a private area. Please leave."

Steph felt like she had fallen into an ice cellar. Without struggling, she was taken out.

Grace curled up in Xavier's arms. Was that Steph just now?

Though nothing major had happened between her and Xavier yet, with their clothes still on and just a few kisses exchanged, she couldn't shake the feeling that being seen by others was inappropriate.

After Steph was taken away, Xavier picked Grace up.

Grace let out a surprised yelp, instinctively wrapping her arms around Xavier's neck.

Then Xavier took out a card and casually swiped open a room door.

This floor had the presidential suites, so there weren't many rooms, but each one was huge.

As soon as they entered, Xavier placed Grace on the table beside the door and kissed her again. But the kiss didn't last long before he pulled away.

Xavier asked, "Not focused?"

Grace's eyes were still so clear. "Steph saw us just now."

"Let her see." Xavier didn't care at all.

"You're burning up." Grace placed the back of her hand on Xavier's forehead.

She felt that Xavier's temperature was off and his breathing was hotter than usual, though he was still strong enough to lift her with one hand.

"I was drugged with an aphrodisiac." Xavier's voice was deeper than usual.

"What?" Grace's eyes widened in surprise. "Steph did it?"

Xavier's eyes were slightly red. "I can't hold it anymore, and right now, you're my only antidote."

Grace was silent. How could she have known she'd show up at such a coincidental time and become Xavier's antidote? And with Xavier's state just now, could she still run away?

"I don't..." Before she could finish, Xavier kissed her, leaving her no chance to refuse.

Downstairs, Steph was escorted out. Even though it was a scorching day, she felt incredibly cold.

The scene she had just witnessed kept replaying in her mind. Xavier and Grace... Why, why! The thing she longed for but couldn't touch was so easily obtained by Grace. Why could Grace have it, but she couldn't?

Steph didn't get it. She had been too shocked just now. Now that she had come to her senses, she wanted to go back in, but she was stopped and couldn't get in.

Steph could only look up at the upstairs. When she thought about what Xavier and Grace were doing in the room, Steph felt worse than death, as if a hand was choking her neck, making her feel like she was suffocating.

Ryan had told her about Xavier and Grace being together before, but she hadn't believed it. She thought that even if Xavier was with Grace, he was just messing around because of her looks.

It wasn't until Steph saw the bracelet on Grace's wrist that she realized Grace's position in Xavier's heart seemed irreplaceable. What was so good about Grace that made Xavier go to such lengths?

Steph went to a bar alone and ordered a lot of drinks.

She had dressed provocatively today, to make it easier for Xavier to undress her, but it turned out like this.

Thinking about Xavier, Steph poured alcohol into her mouth. After a few drinks, she picked up her phone and called Ryan.

The call was quickly answered. "Hello?"

Ryan's tone wasn't very good; he was still a mess.

Steph said, "Ryan, do you know what Xavier and Grace are doing right now?"

"I don't want to know; I'm very busy." Ryan didn't have time to deal with this.

Steph was already feeling terrible and intended to provoke Ryan a bit, but unexpectedly, Ryan abruptly ended the call.

Steph didn't know where to vent her anger. She drank a bit too much. Her stomach felt uncomfortable; she headed towards the restroom. But she stumbled and suddenly bumped into a new waitress.

Steph's temper flared, and she slapped the waitress hard. "Are you blind? How dare you touch me!"

"I'm sorry." The waitress's face instantly swelled up, tears welling in her eyes, but she didn't dare to say anything, only apologizing.

"Sorry? Is sorry enough?" Steph slapped her again.

The girl tried to dodge, which made Steph even angrier. "You dare to dodge, you bitch, I'll beat you to death today. How dare you seduce Xavier? Don't you know he's my man? I like him so much, and you seduced him away."

"You're so ugly; how dare you come out. You are not only ugly but also troublesome. I'll tear your face apart!" Steph's beautifully manicured nails dug into the waitress's face, leaving several deep scratches.
