Chapter 13 Bathroom Flirtation
James felt Jessica's response, and the irritation in his heart gradually faded, replaced by a strange desire. He picked Jessica up and strode towards the large bed in the room. They were lying on the soft mattress as the atmosphere was getting intimate.
Jessica's clothes were removed piece by piece, revealing her tender skin. James's breathing became rapid, his hands caressing Jessica's skin, feeling her warmth. Jessica closed her eyes, letting James do whatever he wanted. She could feel that James's body was also changing.
Just as James's fingers touched Jessica's lace panties, he suddenly stopped. Jessica's heart sank abruptly, like falling from a great height. She couldn't breathe. James looked at Jesscia, who had a flushed face and blurred eyes beneath him, a mocking smile curling at the corner of his mouth.
"What? You thought I would have sex with you?" His voice was low, a bit hoarse, but also carried a cold chill. Jessica's tears instantly welled up in her eyes. She felt shameless and aggrieved. Yes, how could she forget? He had always hated her. How could he really want to make love to her?
She frantically pushed James away, grabbed the clothes that had fallen to the side, and hastily put them on. "No, I never thought that," she said in a small voice, head down, not daring to look James in the eye. James watched her flustered state, and he felt frustrated again.
He rolled off the bed, walked to the window, and lit a cigarette. He took a deep drag before and said coldly, "Now get out!" Jessica bit her lip, holding back the tears in her eyes, hurriedly gathering the clothes on the floor. She didn't dare look at James again and left the room.
In the room, only James was left, surrounded by smoke, his eyes dark and unreadable. He didn't know why he had stopped, even though his body was desiring for more. But when he saw Jessica's confused and helpless eyes, he suddenly lost the desire.
Jessica ran downstairs only to find her piano was broken. The keys and the lid were damaged to varying degrees. Before she could feel heartbroken, she heard footsteps behind her. Rose chuckled lightly and said apologetically, "Sorry, I accidentally broke your piano." But she was obviously so smug.
At this moment, James heard the argument and came out of the bathroom. A towel was tied around James's waist, his lean body exposed, water droplets sliding down the firm muscles. Jessica clenched her hands, her eyes reddening, looking at James. She desperately hoped James would give her an explanation. This piano was a gift from her mother. It was her mother's keepsake and her only memento. But now it was broken.
"Why did you touch my things without my permission?" Jessica's eyes were red, staring at James. She stubbornly wanted an explanation. Before James could speak, Rose spoke up first, "James, it's all my fault. If I hadn't insisted on playing the piano, maybe Jessica's piano wouldn't have been broken." As she spoke, tears welled up in her eyes as if she had suffered a great grievance. Seeing this, James gave Jessica a dissatisfied look and pulled Rose into his arms.
