Chapter 296 Get Me a Virgin
James strolled into the Skyline Club, looking like he'd been through the wringer. The manager hustled over, all eager to please.
"Mr. Kelly, it's been ages since we last saw you!" the manager gushed, practically bowing.
James, not in the mood for small talk, barked, "Get me a girl, a virgin!"
He made a beeline for his usual private room, the one he'd had on lock for years.
Without Jessica, could he even cope? He was determined to show her she was nothing to him. Plenty of women would kill for a night with him.
The manager nodded frantically. "Got it! She'll definitely be a virgin, no worries!"
Soon enough, they brought Mia Rivera, a college student who'd just started working there, to the door of the private room. It was her first time doing something like this, all for her mom's medical bills. But she was freaking out.
The manager had told her this guy was super powerful. If she played her cards right, not only would her mom's bills be covered, but her whole family could benefit.
The more she thought about it, the more she freaked out. What kind of guy was he? Would he be one of those rough, twisted types her colleagues had warned her about?
As she hesitated, a sultry voice called out, "Mia, why aren't you going in?"
Mia turned to see Pearl. "Pearl? What are you doing here?"
They weren't close, just colleagues. Pearl's eyes darted around, thinking about the rich guy inside. If she could snag him, she might be able to ditch the Skyline Club for good.
"First time doing this, huh? Scared?" Pearl asked with a sly smile.
"Yeah," Mia admitted, feeling helpless. "But if I don't do it, my mom's screwed."
Pearl put on a sympathetic face. "Oh, you poor thing. Here, take this $3,000. I'll go in for you."
"Is that okay?" Mia hesitated. "The boss said I had to go. He said the guy wanted a virgin."
Pearl rolled her eyes. "Are you dumb? Guys always say they want virgins, but do virgins know how to please them? If you don't do a good job, the manager might kick you out!"
Mia panicked. "What should I do then, Pearl?"
"Fine, I'll go in for you. When he tips, I'll give you half," Pearl said, her eyes gleaming with calculation. "If it weren't for your sad situation, I wouldn't be helping you!"
Mia, desperate, agreed. Pearl strutted into the private room, not expecting to see James.
She froze, wanting to bolt, but James' icy stare pinned her in place.
"Mr. Kelly," she stammered, her legs turning to jelly as she remembered his cruelty.
James hadn't expected the manager to send in Pearl. Already in a foul mood, his eyes blazed with anger.
