Jacob found it amusing and said, "I thought you'd be more concerned about what I did to your Stewart family. Or perhaps, how I colluded with Mr. Carter to drain your Stewart family."
As these words came out of Jacob's mouth, Lily suddenly realized that the Jacob standing in front of her was nothing but a devil.
In a fit of rage, she raised her hand and said, "You shameless bastard!"
But her wrist was firmly grasped by Jacob.
He easily pushed her down and said condescendingly, "You'd better think about how to save your father!"
He then smiled and said, "But I really should thank you for plugging that USB drive into Adam's computer. Modern technology is truly amazing; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get all the data from your father's computer so easily."
After saying this, he walked away without a trace of mercy.
Lily stood there in shock, frozen.
It was her; she had harmed Adam and the Stewart family!
She struggled to get up from the ground, feeling like a lost soul, and stumbled back to her car.
