Chapter 109 Isadora's Tragic End

In fact.

Cecilia wasn't just a recent college graduate.

She died at 32!

But now she was fortunate enough to return to the age of 22.

After Cecilia finished discussing matters with Gilbert, she returned to the office with Rose.

As soon as she got back, she saw Juliana with her bag, seemingly about to leave.

Cecilia frowned slightly.

Juliana looked at Cecilia, completely lacking any presence. She quickly said, "Cecilia... no, Mrs. Whitaker, I need to take half a day off. My sister is in some trouble, and I need to go back. I'm afraid she might do something drastic."

Cecilia sneered.

Juliana probably wasn't worried about Isadora doing something drastic but rather worried that Isadora might not.

Cecilia nodded in approval.

Since she could benefit from the mutual destruction of them, why not?

Juliana quickly thanked her and hurriedly left.

As she left, she couldn't help but glance back at Cecilia.

Seeing Cecilia's confident demeanor, Juliana gritted her teeth.

Once she dealt with Isadora, Cecilia would be next!

She quickly left the Lockhart Group and rushed back to the Lockhart family villa.

As soon as she walked in, she heard Vivienne's heart-wrenching cries.

"Isadora must have been framed by Dominic, she must have been. How could Isadora do such a thing..."

"Enough! Stop your crying!" Vincent shouted so loudly that his voice broke. "You claim to be a high-society lady and look down on Genevieve's background? Genevieve may have come from a poor background, but she raised a daughter like Cecilia. Look at Isadora! I even defended her in front of the whole internet today! Now, I feel like a joke every time I step outside!"

"Isadora is definitely not that kind of person," Vivienne still tried to defend Isadora.

"Shut up!" Vincent was furious. "Nothing you say today will change my mind. I'm going to beat Isadora to death today."

"Vincent, no; don't do that," Vivienne said, trying to hold Vincent back.

Vincent pushed Vivienne away.

Vivienne stumbled, and Juliana quickly ran up to support her. "Vivienne, are you okay?"

Vivienne looked at Juliana and suddenly pushed her away, slapping her hard across the face, venting all her anger on her. "You bitch, how dare you touch me! If it weren't for you telling Isadora to seduce Dominic, she wouldn't be in this mess. I'm going to beat you to death today. It's all your fault; you deliberately set Isadora up."

Saying this, Vivienne went to hit Juliana.

Vincent, already furious, saw Vivienne trying to discipline Juliana instead of her own daughter. He was so enraged that he pulled Vivienne away and violently pushed her to the ground.

Vivienne lay on the ground, looking at Vincent in disbelief.

Vincent said angrily, "You call Juliana a bitch, but you're worse than that!"

"Vincent!" Vivienne completely lost it.

Ophelia, who had been watching from the hall, couldn't take it anymore and sternly shouted, "Enough, you're tearing this family apart!"

Vincent, facing Ophelia, didn't dare to lose his temper too much. So he held back.

Ophelia said, "Isadora has disgraced the family and deserves to be punished. Vivienne, shut up."

Vivienne said, "Ophelia, I just think this must be Dominic's doing..."

"I told you to shut up!" Ophelia snapped.

Vivienne held back her anger.

"Juliana, why are you back from work?" Ophelia turned her gaze.

Juliana, holding her face and looking weak and helpless, said, "I wanted to check on Isadora. I saw the news and was afraid she was too upset."

"From now on, no matter what happens, work comes first!" Ophelia scolded.

Juliana replied, "Yes."

"Go to your room; I have something to discuss with your father."

"Yes."

Juliana left.

As she turned, her expression changed.

In Ophelia's eyes, she was always insignificant.

One day, she would make Ophelia, that old hag, see her power.

She didn't go directly to her room but went to Isadora's room instead.

Inside the room, she could hear Isadora smashing things.

Today's events could really drive Isadora insane.

Juliana smiled wickedly.

She pushed the door open and walked in. "Isadora."

"Get out!" Isadora screamed.

"The one who should get out is you." Juliana sneered.

"Juliana, you wretch!"

Juliana said, "I guess Grandma and Dad are discussing sending you away. You've disgraced the family and should be kicked out!"

Isadora asked angrily, "What did you say?"

"I said you're shameless, disgusting, and filthy! How could the Lockhart family produce someone as stupid as you!" Juliana's insults were unrestrained.

"Juliana!" Isadora screamed, not expecting Juliana to say such things to her.

Juliana dared to speak to her like that.

Juliana was just an illegitimate child, yet she dared to be so arrogant!

Juliana said, "When I told you to seduce Dominic, you actually did it? Do you even know what you are? Did you really think you could seduce him? If it were such a good opportunity, would I have let you go? I would have enjoyed it myself!"

"Juliana!" Isadora's eyes turned red.

At that moment, she really wanted to kill Juliana.

It was only then that she realized everything was Juliana's plot!

"If I were you, I would really just kill myself." Juliana remained calm in the face of Isadora's breakdown. "How can you live in humiliation?"

"Juliana, I'm going to kill you!" Isadora's face twisted with rage, and she really wanted to die with Juliana.

Juliana had deliberately provoked Isadora.

As Isadora lunged at her, Juliana suddenly pulled a small knife from her bag.

Isadora didn't notice, only wanting to kill Juliana, that wretch.

Juliana, however, had a clear goal.

She grabbed Isadora's arm and, catching her off guard, slashed her wrist with the knife.

Isadora seemed stunned for a couple of seconds, then saw the blood spurting from her wrist.

Isadora, terrified, was about to scream.

Juliana covered her mouth.

Until Isadora, from excessive blood loss, collapsed to the ground.

Juliana quickly placed the knife next to Isadora, creating the illusion of a suicide.

At the same time.

She screamed, "Ahhh!"

Her sudden scream naturally drew the attention of the whole family.

Vincent was the first to rush in.

He came in to see Juliana kneeling beside Isadora, covered in blood, with Isadora lying in a pool of blood.

To outsiders, Isadora had clearly committed suicide.

Next came Vivienne and Ophelia, along with the household staff.

Everyone was shocked by the scene.

Vivienne quickly fell to the ground, holding Isadora's body, too scared to speak clearly. "Isadora, Isadora... wake up, wake up!"

Vivienne's heart-wrenching cries echoed through the room.

Juliana looked at the tragic scene before her, a hint of malice flashing in her eyes.

From now on, she would completely take Isadora's place!
