Chapter 532 Meeting Alaric (2) Dominic's Disgusting Despicableness
Lyra was totally wiped out.
Dominic held her close, calming her down, and soon enough, he could hear her steady breathing.
He checked a few times to make sure she was out cold before he quickly got up and drove away from the Kingsley Mansion.
While driving, he called the folks at the detention center.
Then he rang up Cecilia, "Get out here!"
Cecilia put down her phone and told Cassius and Dashiell, "I'm gonna wait for Dominic at the door."
"Cecilia," Cassius called after her. "Be careful!"
"Don't worry." Cecilia gave them a reassuring smile.
She bundled up in her thick clothes and headed to the door.
After about ten minutes, a black sedan came speeding towards her.
With a hard press on the gas, it screeched to a stop right in front of her. Cecilia could clearly sense the driver's anger.
She opened the back door without hesitation.
Dominic's face was grim as he watched her, but he didn't say a word. As soon as Cecilia shut the door, he floored it and drove off.
Cassius and Dashiell watched from the shadows of the villa as Cecilia got into Dominic's car.
Cassius said, "If anything happens to Cecilia, we might be in deep trouble."
Dashiell glanced at Cassius and said, "She'll be fine. Cecilia knows what she's doing."
Cecilia knew exactly what kind of person Dominic was, which was why she chose to take such a risky approach.
The car sped through the night, and neither of them spoke.
Dominic was so mad he could strangle Cecilia, so he kept quiet.
Cecilia didn't want to talk to Dominic either. She was focused on seeing Alaric and was feeling a bit nervous.
She tried to keep her cool.
The car quickly reached its destination.
Dominic got out and opened the door.
Cecilia followed suit.
There weren't many people at the detention center, just one staff member, seemingly waiting just for Dominic.
Dominic was now the son-in-law of the Monroe Family. Even though he had no real power, no one dared to mess with him. No one dared to disobey him or report him.
But Dominic was still careful, keeping the number of people involved to a minimum to avoid any trouble.
"Mr. Kingsley," the staff member stepped forward and handed him a key.
Dominic took it.
Cecilia's heart raced as she looked at the key.
It was clear this was the key to the door where Alaric was being held.
With this key, she could finally see Alaric.
Cecilia tried to stay calm.
Dominic walked ahead with big strides.
Cecilia followed behind.
The staff member stayed outside.
They passed through several iron doors and walked down a few narrow corridors.
Dominic finally stopped.
Cecilia's heart was pounding.
It had been a month since Alaric had been held here. How was he doing?
She tried to keep her emotions in check.
Just as Dominic was about to open the door, he suddenly turned and looked at Cecilia.
Cecilia kept a straight face.
Dominic sneered, "You wanna see him?"
"Yes." Cecilia nodded.
Dominic's face was cold. "Then, you gotta pay a price!"
Cecilia's eyes narrowed.
She knew Dominic wouldn't let her see Alaric without a fight.
She'd seen his cruel side way too many times.
"Take off your clothes!" Dominic suddenly barked.
Cecilia's face darkened.
"What, didn't you want to see him?" he taunted.
Cecilia swallowed hard.
She lowered her head and started unbuttoning her coat.
Underneath, she had on a turtleneck sweater and slim jeans.
"Keep going!" Dominic ordered.
"You're really something," Cecilia said with a hint of sarcasm, her expression unchanging.
She didn't show much emotion despite Dominic's demands.
She calmly took off her black sweater, saying as she did, "What if Lyra suddenly shows up? What do you think would happen?"
Dominic was momentarily startled.
The next second, he thought Cecilia was just trying to scare him. He pretended to be calm and said, "So what? I'll tell her I'm humiliating you, and she'll be thrilled!"
"Then why did you bring me here to see Alaric under my threat?" Cecilia asked, her tone mocking. "You could just show Lyra the video and say you were only humiliating me."
Dominic's face turned pale.
He didn't know when it started, but he seemed to be constantly frustrated in front of Cecilia.
He gritted his teeth and watched Cecilia take off her black sweater.
Underneath was a thin white camisole, and beneath the camisole, only a black bra.
The nights in Serenovia City were actually very cold.
There was no heating in the detention center.
After Cecilia took off her clothes, the cold made her skin break out in goosebumps.
Dominic watched Cecilia and laughed triumphantly.
"Cold?" he asked.
Cecilia didn't answer.
She knew that unless she satisfied Dominic's twisted desires, she wouldn't be able to see Alaric.
"You're covered in goosebumps," Dominic said, reaching out to touch her skin.
Cecilia's eyes flickered.
As soon as Dominic touched her, his hand suddenly recoiled as if shocked.
He quickly pulled back.
Dominic said coldly, "It's disgusting to touch you."
"Is that enough?" Cecilia looked at Dominic. "Or do I need to strip completely?"
"Do you have no shame, just to see Alaric?" Dominic suddenly raged.
Cecilia had once loved him to the point of losing herself, but now she had really fallen for Alaric!
His bloodshot eyes stared fiercely at Cecilia.
Because of his silence, Cecilia actually started to take off her camisole.
Dominic suddenly grabbed Cecilia and held her tightly, burying his head in her neck.
Who would have thought that tonight, while he was with Lyra, his mind was full of Cecilia's body, full of Cecilia's seductive moves, her soft body. He even wished the woman he was holding was Cecilia.
Cecilia frowned.
Dominic bit her neck hard, seemingly venting all his anger on that one spot.
But he didn't dare to go further.
Not only was he afraid of giving Cecilia any more leverage, but he was also afraid he might actually fall for her!
Dominic let go of Cecilia.
After that, there was a deep bite mark on Cecilia's neck, with a hint of blood.
