Chapter 624 Seraphina, Who Am I?

Seraphina stared blankly at Dashiell.

Lately, she’d been having a lot of steamy dreams.

Honestly, she felt like she was dreaming right now.

"Aren't you going to drink?" Dashiell frowned.

Seraphina had been asking for water.

But when he brought it to her lips, she just kept staring at him.

Her gaze was so intense and tempting that Dashiell's Adam's apple bobbed nervously as he tried to keep his cool.

Seraphina knew she was acting a bit off.

Suddenly, she leaned in and kissed Dashiell.

Her hot lips pressed against his Adam's apple.

She’d wanted to do this for ages.

In her dreams, she always tried but never quite managed it.

At that moment, Dashiell's body went rigid, his muscles tensing as all his senses zeroed in on Seraphina's lips.

She kissed him lightly.

Then, she gently licked.

Dashiell gripped the cup of honey water tightly, not moving an inch.

His silence seemed to give her more courage, drawing her closer.

She wrapped her arms around his neck, buried her head in his neck, and kept kissing.

The room's temperature shot up.

Seraphina was making all the moves, and Dashiell was letting her.

But she wasn’t satisfied with just his neck.

She knelt in front of him, supporting herself, looking at him with a dazed expression.

Seeing his flushed face and eyes full of desire, she remembered their first time together.

The first time she lost control and slept with Dashiell was intense, but she had to admit he knew how to please her. The experience was so mind-blowing that it left her in a state of bliss all night long.

Her heartbeat quickened as she moved closer to his lips, drawn in by the magic of his thin, shapely mouth. She closed her eyes nervously, leaning in, but just as she was about to kiss him, a slender hand stopped her.

Her kiss landed on Dashiell's palm.

Seraphina's eyes were filled with anxious desire; she really wanted this.

"Who am I?" Dashiell asked her.

Last time, Seraphina got drunk.

She accidentally walked into his house.

Back then, she was just as forward.

They almost hooked up then too.

Now, he worried she might mistake him for someone else.

But he never took advantage of anyone.

Even though Seraphina's allure constantly tested his limits, pulling him into her seductive orbit time and time again.

Seraphina stared straight at Dashiell.

She didn’t get why he’d ask that.

She knew exactly what she wanted and who she wanted to be with. Her lips brushed against his palm in a sultry gesture as she whispered, "Dashiell."

She knew he was Dashiell.

She knew the only person she wanted to be with was Dashiell.

Dashiell's tense expression seemed to ease a bit.

His hand slowly moved away from her lips, leaving her red lips just inches away—so sexy and inviting, like a blooming rose begging for a kiss. Dashiell felt his rationality slipping away, drawn in by her allure. He thought that if Seraphina called out Sebastian's name again, he’d leave without a second thought.

But she called his name—Dashiell.

Even though he was ready to walk away, her soft "Dashiell" caught him off guard. Lowering his head, he kissed her rosy lips, eagerly meeting her slightly parted mouth.

"What are you doing!" A man's voice suddenly rang out in the room.

It startled both Seraphina and Dashiell.

Seraphina's body trembled.

Dashiell stopped immediately, pulling away from her lips, feeling the reluctance deep in his bones.

Seraphina felt it too; she didn’t want him to leave.

But because of moral boundaries, they had to part.

Dashiell turned to see Sebastian suddenly appear, his eyes bloodshot and filled with rage. Without warning, Sebastian stepped forward and punched Dashiell hard in the face, but Dashiell didn’t dodge.

After all, he was in the wrong.

A heavy punch landed squarely on Dashiell's face, startling Seraphina and snapping her back to reality. She watched as Sebastian, fueled by anger, prepared to strike Dashiell again.

"Sebastian!" Seraphina hurriedly pulled him.

The harder she tried to stop him, the more determined Sebastian became. He shoved Seraphina aside roughly, knocking her off balance and sending her to the ground. Dashiell's expression turned grim as he clenched his fists. "Stop fighting!" Seraphina yelled from the floor.

Dashiell coldly looked at Sebastian in front of him.

"I'm begging you, don't fight!" Seraphina cried, tears streaming down her cheeks. She felt herself breaking down, not anticipating that Sebastian would catch her. Reflecting on it now, she realized that while she was still in a relationship with Sebastian, her longing for Dashiell was only intensifying.

Did Dashiell have a girlfriend?

What was his deal with Lucy?

Yet Seraphina shamelessly continued to seduce Dashiell. "I'm sorry, Sebastian," she said, her voice trembling. Deep down, she wanted to apologize to Dashiell too. In that moment, she felt truly, utterly vile. It hit her all at once—she had become the very woman she had once despised the most. Seraphina had always loathed mistresses and detested infidelity.

Yet while she was still dating Sebastian, she wanted to be with Dashiell, and even made a move!

Sebastian sneered.

An apology, was that enough?

He said, "Seraphina, you are truly the most shameless woman I've ever met!"

Seraphina bit her lip as tears silently fell. Yes, she felt utterly shameless. How could she have done this? It was even premeditated. "Let's break up," she said quietly. She knew she couldn't face Sebastian any longer.

She was very clear that her desire to break up with him had grown so strong that she had nearly blurted it out several times, but guilt had held her back.

"Break up?" Sebastian laughed even more exaggeratedly.

He didn’t expect Seraphina to actually say it.

He could sense that Seraphina had wanted to break up with him several times. Yet, each time she tried, she hesitated, held back by his deliberate interruptions and the discomfort he displayed.

Now she finally couldn’t hold back anymore, right?
