Chapter 381 If You're Satisfied, Please Give Me a Good Review

Gavin didn't think much of it at first, but once he looked, he was instantly wide awake, eyes wide open.

He jumped up from the bed and, in a flash, threw a punch at Benjamin, shouting, "You jerk! Who gave you the right to bully Daphne!"

The punch landed in Benjamin's palm. As their instructor, Benjamin's skills were far superior.

Even though Gavin snuck up on him, Benjamin easily handled it.

"Let me go!" Gavin was fierce but still drunk.

Daphne sighed helplessly; it was starting again.

"If you touch Daphne, I'll beat you up," Gavin threatened, though he was still swaying.

Benjamin, still holding Gavin's fist, turned his head slightly and asked, "Is he blackout drunk?"

"Sort of," Daphne replied, unsure how to describe Gavin's condition.

"Daphne, come here," Gavin, who truly loved Daphne, used his other hand to pull her towards him. "I'll protect you."

"He's my boyfriend," Daphne explained, trying to reason with him. "He didn't bully me."

"I saw him trying to kiss you!" Gavin argued.

From Gavin's angle, he could only see Benjamin's back, leading to some misunderstandings.

Daphne asked directly, "Isn't it normal for a couple to kiss?"

Gavin paused, his mind going blank. He wanted to think about whether it was normal, but his mind was empty.

"Lie down and don't cause trouble," Daphne instructed. "I'll get you some water."

"Okay." Gavin behaved this time, unlike the last time when he caused a ruckus. He became very obedient.

Seeing him calm down, Daphne left the room to get some water. If he didn't drink it, he'd have a headache in the morning.

Benjamin followed her to the kitchen.

As Daphne was about to pour the water, Benjamin reached over and took it first. His back was just against her chest, and she could clearly feel his heartbeat.

Daphne immediately pulled her hand back, turning to escape his embrace.

However, Benjamin didn't let her go. As she tried to slip away, he placed his hands on the table behind her, trapping her inside.

"Benjamin," Daphne said, feeling very nervous.

Benjamin leaned in slightly, closing the distance between them, their breaths mingling.

The temperature in the kitchen rose. Daphne's hands, hanging by her sides, clenched involuntarily, her usually calm eyes now unsettled.

She wanted to speak, but the words seemed stuck.

Benjamin, seeing her trying to escape, smiled slightly, his voice low and seductive. "You just said, it's normal for a couple to kiss."

Daphne's lips tightened, her heart racing. "I was just joking."

"So, it's not normal for a couple to kiss?" Benjamin's gaze was fixed on her.

At this distance, he could clearly see her long eyelashes fluttering like butterfly wings, her full lips tempting him.

Daphne was at a loss. She thought, 'What can I say? No matter what, I'm gonna end up getting kissed.'

Benjamin closed the gap again, and as his lips neared hers, Daphne quickly said, "Lydia's still outside; this isn't right."

Benjamin replied, "She's not."

Daphne insisted, "She is."

Benjamin countered, "I just checked. She probably went back to your place to give us privacy."

His lips were just inches away, his voice seductive. "Are you that afraid of me kissing you?"

"No," Daphne answered weakly.

Her heart was racing uncontrollably.

Benjamin chuckled softly, his deep voice filled with affection. "Then can I kiss you?"

Daphne felt overwhelmed. Why ask before kissing?

Benjamin closed the distance again, the atmosphere between them growing more intimate. His clean, pleasant scent filled Daphne's senses, making her heart race.

As she waited for the kiss, she felt a soft touch on her cheek. She paused, thinking, 'A kiss on the cheek?'

"Giving you some time to prepare," Benjamin said in a hoarse voice, "Next time, it'll be a real kiss."

"Benjamin," Daphne hesitated.

"Yes?" he replied.

"Do you not know how to date?" she asked.

Benjamin raised an eyebrow. Was she seriously doubting him?

"No one gives a heads-up before kissing," Daphne said seriously, though her heart hadn't fully calmed. "These things happen naturally. Asking ruins the mood."

The mood hadn't been ruined earlier, but every time Benjamin asked, she got nervous. To avoid this repeated anxiety, it had to stop.

Benjamin's eyes held a deep meaning. "Really?"

"Yes," Daphne nodded.

"Any other tips? I'll take notes," Benjamin asked.

Other tips? She thought for a moment but couldn't come up with any.

Benjamin continued to trap her within his arms, smiling. "How about you teach me how to kiss?"

Daphne quickly slipped out from under his arm. Benjamin was dangerous; she needed to stay away.

As she tried to escape, Benjamin grabbed her hand, pulling her into his arms.

The sudden movement made Daphne crash into his chest. Before she could react, Benjamin's face was right in front of hers, and his lips landed on hers.

In that moment, Daphne's mind went blank, and everything around her seemed to fade away.

Benjamin held her waist, one hand on the back of her head, slowly deepening the kiss, the soft sensation almost making him lose himself.

It felt like magic, making Daphne's legs go weak.

After a moment, Benjamin released her, his eyes filled with desire, his voice hoarse, clearly suppressing something. "Satisfied?"

Daphne's cheeks were blushed, her lips slightly wet, looking incredibly tempting and unsettled.

"Not saying anything means you're satisfied," Benjamin said, planting another kiss. "Remember to give a good review."

Benjamin didn't dare kiss her deeply again. Just a taste had almost shattered his self-control. If he continued, he feared he might scare Daphne away.
