Chapter 320 Tyler Faints in Anger
Alex rushed forward and yelled at David and Clara, who were still going at it, "Cut it out! Grandpa just passed out!"
David and Clara spun around, stunned by the news, and immediately stopped their bickering.
"Dad!" David bolted to Tyler's side, trying to wake him up. Clara, equally freaked out, quickly dialed 911.
Tyler looked pale, and everyone felt a wave of panic.
They couldn't let Tyler die, not now, or they'd kiss their chances of getting the Smith Group goodbye!
Soon, the sound of an ambulance siren got closer.
The paramedics quickly loaded Tyler onto a stretcher and rushed him to the hospital.
Outside the emergency room, David and Clara waited anxiously.
David paced back and forth, looking stressed.
Clara sat on a chair, pale-faced, hands tightly clasped together.
Alex sat a bit away from them, looking gloomy and lost in thought.
After what felt like forever, the doctor finally came out of the emergency room.
"Doc, how's my dad?" David asked urgently.
The doctor took off his mask and said seriously, "He's stable for now, but he needs more observation. This fainting spell was due to extreme emotional stress. He can't handle any more stress."
David and Clara nodded, finally breathing a sigh of relief.
On the way to Tyler's hospital room, Alex, who had been quiet, suddenly spoke up, "Dad, Mom, Grandpa fainted mostly because of Uncle Seb."
David turned to him, frowning, "Even if it was because of Seb, so what? Do you think Seb will come to see your grandpa now?"
Alex nodded, "Of course not. I plan to use this to show everyone he's a heartless guy who doesn't even care about his own dad for the sake of profit."
Alex had thought it through earlier. To take back the Smith Group from Seb, he couldn't rush. Seb had controlled the Smith Group for five years, and besides Randy, there were surely many who supported Seb within the company.
Only by getting rid of all these people could Alex manage to take back the Smith Group.
David was silent for a moment, "What's your plan?"
Alex took a deep breath and replied, "Let's wait until Grandpa wakes up."
Meanwhile, after leaving the Smith Mansion, Randy drove straight to Seb's villa.
Halfway there, he got a call from the butler saying Tyler had fainted, so he immediately turned the car around and headed to the hospital.
Unexpectedly, as soon as he arrived at the hospital, he overheard Alex and David's conversation, which shocked him. He hadn't expected David and Alex to be so shameless.
After asking a nurse and learning that Tyler was not in serious danger, Randy left without showing himself and went to find Seb.
Over the years, he had often come to Seb's villa to report work, so the butler quickly opened the gate when he saw Randy's car.
Randy swaggered into the villa and saw Seb sitting on the sofa. He raised an eyebrow and said, "Uncle Seb, I got some news for you."
As Randy approached, he saw Sharon sitting opposite Seb with her back to him, and next to her was Demetrius.
Seeing the young face that looked almost identical to Seb's, Randy rubbed his eyes in disbelief, "Uncle Seb, am I seeing things? Why does this kid look so much like you?"
Seb glanced at him indifferently, "This is my son, Demetrius."
"What? When did you have a son?" Randy looked at Demetrius in shock, then shifted his gaze to Sharon's face, suddenly frowning. "Wait, are you Sharon Wright?"
Randy had only met Sharon a few times before, and he was somewhat face-blind. After hearing the news of Sharon's death, he gradually forgot about her.
If it weren't for Sharon being Sophie's good friend, and him pursuing Sophie for five years, knowing that Sophie would spend a day at Sharon's grave every year on her birthday, he would have long forgotten about Sharon.
Sharon didn't expect him to remember her and smiled, "Hello, Mr. Randy Smith."
"Hello!"
As they greeted each other, Randy suddenly realized something and widened his eyes, turning to look at Seb, "Uncle Seb, you've been hiding this pretty well!"
They all thought Sharon was dead, but it turned out Seb had a child with her. Judging by the child's appearance, Seb's kid must be four or five years old!
Seb frowned and said in a deep voice, "It's not what you think. I'll explain it to you later. Also, she now goes by Sharon Roach."
Randy nodded, a teasing smile on his lips, "Whether she's Sharon Wright or Sharon Roach, she's still my aunt!"
Hearing this, Sharon frowned and was about to explain, but Seb looked at her and said, "Take Demetrius upstairs to rest. I need to talk to him."
Sensing they were about to discuss serious matters, Sharon picked up Demetrius, "Okay."
As for Randy's misunderstanding, Sharon thought Seb would probably explain it clearly.
After Sharon and Demetrius disappeared around the corner on the second floor, Randy sat down on a nearby sofa, looking at Seb with curiosity. "Uncle Seb, when did you find out Sharon was still alive? And why didn't you tell me?"
Seb lazily lifted his eyelids, "It's my private matter. Also, I have no romantic relationship with her. Don't call her aunt when you see her."
Randy didn't buy it.
No romantic relationship? Then where did the child come from?
Seb uttered, "By the way, why did you come over tonight?"
Randy came back to his sense, almost forgetting the main issue, "I overheard Alex and David at the hospital. They're planning to use Grandpa's fainting to slander you."
Seb sneered, "No surprise."
To Seb, Alex and David were just clowns. He never took them seriously.
Randy frowned, "But if this gets out, it won't be good for you."
Seb remained calm, "Let them be. I don't care."
"Uncle Seb, you might not care, but the Smith Group's shareholders do." Randy was a bit worried. If things were left to develop, the shareholders who were already dissatisfied with Seb would use this to discredit him.
Seb looked at him, "Then what do you think we should do?"
Randy thought for a moment, "Why don't we reveal the truth first?"
Seb said, "They're not worth my personal attention. Let them be smug for a while. Once they realize they can't get the Smith Group, they'll settle down. As for their attempts to slander me, it will only create trouble for themselves!"
