Chapter 15
Selena's red lips parted a bit, her eyes getting all hazy from the drug.
Raymond's mind flashed with some memories he'd tried to forget. Not too long ago, that night, Selena had given him the same look.
Out of nowhere, Raymond felt a warm feeling in his chest.
Selena took the chance to cling to him even tighter.
Joseph noticed Raymond wasn't pushing Selena away and got a bit confused.
Earlier that day, Raymond had said Selena wasn't his wife, so what was going on now?
He looked at Selena, his Adam's apple bobbing, "Penny, it's Joseph, come here."
Joseph figured the drug had kicked in, and by now, Selena should've lost her mind. She wouldn't resist whoever took her away.
Just as he reached out, he saw Raymond's expression and awkwardly pulled his hand back.
Raymond wasn't dumb. Earlier, Selena had barged into his changing room, clearly hiding from Joseph. How could she be his girlfriend?
Raymond said, "Mr. Anderson, you know well whether she's your girlfriend or not."
Before he could finish, his voice trailed off as he turned to see Selena kissing his neck.
The more innocent Selena's eyes looked, the bolder her actions were.
She had already unbuttoned Raymond's collar, rubbing against him like a needy cat, her red lips leaving kisses on his neck.
Selena felt so hot and just wanted to cool down. Her whole body felt like it was on fire, and Raymond seemed like a block of ice.
She desperately wanted to absorb the cold, but her actions were just scratching the surface. Selena wanted more.
And Joseph, seeing her actions, felt his desire ignite. Selena's cool demeanor paired with her current expression was driving him wild.
Could it be that Raymond was also into Selena?
Wasn't it said that Raymond didn't mess around with women?
Raymond's lips pressed into a straight line, his eyes darkening. If this went on, he might embarrass himself here.
He grabbed Selena's restless hands, his cold, strong arms wrapping around her arms and waist, stopping her from moving.
Then he took Selena into another elevator, not bothering to explain to Joseph.
Joseph didn't dare to stop Raymond, nor did he dare to ask more. Even if Raymond was really taking away his girlfriend, he wouldn't dare to contest it.
Joseph's hand clenched by his side.
After all the effort, it ended up benefiting Raymond.
He knew all too well the effect of that drug. Tonight, Selena would be absolutely obedient and easily controlled.
The two men standing behind Joseph cautiously spoke, "Mr. Anderson, should we..."
"Get lost!" Joseph snapped.
Selena was taken away, and Joseph, furious, left the hotel with a very unpleasant expression.
The elevator ascended. With her arms restrained, Selena couldn't touch Raymond's waist, but her mouth wasn't idle, biting him through his shirt.
Raymond's handsome face grew even darker, wanting to free a hand to call for a service staff to open another room.
Sensing that Raymond was about to let go of her, Selena bit down on Raymond's collarbone, leaving a noticeable mark.
"So hot," Selena lifted her hazy eyes, staring fixedly at Raymond.
Her eyelashes seemed wet, carrying a moist look, and the corners of her eyes were full of a pitiful charm.
Lowering his gaze, his eyes half-closed, Raymond's breathing became erratic. As soon as the elevator arrived, Raymond took Selena to his room.
Stepping into the bathroom, he turned on the faucet to run cold water.
Taking advantage of the moment, Selena's freed hands wrapped around his neck again. Her nose inhaled his cold scent, stirring a strong desire within her. She pressed her lips against his ear. "Honey."
Raymond turned his head away and pushed Selena into the bathtub filled with cold water.
The icy water instantly dispelled the heat in her body, making Selena shiver all over.
"Are you clear-headed now?" Raymond asked.
