Chapter 323 To Ruin Her
In the Fair family hall, Beatrice's vibe shifted to cautious the moment Nick walked in.
Nick had been in a foul mood lately because of his, well, issues in the bedroom.
Beatrice didn't dare raise her voice around him.
"Nick, did you make a move?" she asked gently.
Nick sneered and plopped down nearby. "If she dares to mess with the Fair family, she better be ready for me to do my thing."
Beatrice got a bit anxious. Selena was still William's favorite. If she got hurt, William would definitely dig deep.
With William's power, he could uncover everything. By then, Nick wouldn't just have his bedroom issues; the whole Fair family would be in trouble.
"Nick, I told you to stay calm," Beatrice said.
Nick slammed his cup onto the coffee table, making Beatrice flinch.
Since the incident, Nick had been super gloomy and didn't want to listen to anyone, especially Beatrice.
He thought his current state was all because of Beatrice's fling with Kenny. If that affair hadn't come out, they wouldn't have rushed to deal with Selena, and he wouldn't have been kicked by her, leading to his issues.
Nick's eyes were bloodshot with hatred, and his nails dug into his palms.
"Mom, I warned you about Kenny, but you couldn't control yourself. You just had to bring him here!" Nick spat.
Beatrice's face turned ugly. "I was just worried about you getting back at by the Montague family. We can't stand up to William."
Just then, Alice came down from upstairs, her tone gentle. "Mom, don't worry. I've already given Nick an idea. He just needs to make Selena think Olivia did this. That way, she'll go after Olivia, and Raymond will naturally defend Olivia and divorce her. Once she's out of the Montague family's protection, Nick can humiliate her."
Beatrice breathed a sigh of relief. Thank goodness Alice was there to keep Nick from losing it completely.
Beatrice also wanted to get rid of Selena quickly so James's issue wouldn't come out.
But if something happened to Selena, it would definitely involve the Montague family. So now wasn't the time to act.
However, Alice's plan to use Olivia to deal with Selena was smart.
In hindsight, they shouldn't have involved Victoria and the others. They should've just created conflict between Selena and Olivia.
But if Victoria hadn't come, Selena wouldn't have rushed over alone.
Beatrice sneered; all she needed to do now was sit back and watch.
Selena felt her head spinning and had no idea where she was.
The nauseating feeling made her want to puke. Her nose was filled with the smell of alcohol; she saw the faces of the two men who had kidnapped her. They were the ones who had pretended to be lawyers!
"Miss Fair, you can't blame us for this. You messed with the wrong people. They told us to ruin you completely. No one can save you today."
This seemed to be a bar, and not a fancy one.
Selena was being supported by someone; it looked like they were taking her to a private room.
The two men looked excited, their faces flushed. Nick had said he didn't mind them having their way with Selena.
Selena was indeed beautiful, and they could hardly wait. Plus, they planned to take photos, which Nick said would come in handy.
Nick had his issues, so he wanted to see others ruin Selena first.
Nick figured Selena wouldn't dare speak out about this. If she did, her reputation would be trashed, and the Montague family would never accept her.
Since Nick couldn't bring himself to kill Selena, he decided to send people to ruin her first, venting his fury.
