Chapter 250 If You Like Her, I'll Let You Have Her

Olivia's eyebrows shot up, a mix of surprise and disgust crossing her face.

Turned out she was a flirt—hadn't even divorced Raymond yet and was already seeing someone else.

But she was short-sighted. Sure, Caterlington's family was decent, but they were no match for Raymond's.

Caterlington must've sweet-talked her into it.

Olivia sneered inwardly but kept her face looking surprised.

"You've met her already? Are you into her?"

Caterlington kept that sly smile on his face.

"Absolutely, I like her a lot."

Raymond's vibe turned icy, his eyes dark and cold, his voice even colder. "If you like her, she's yours."

He said it like it was nothing, like his so-called wife didn't matter at all.

Caterlington grinned, "Alright, Raymond. Don't regret it."

Raymond's eyes narrowed, a hint of doubt creeping in.

Did Caterlington really have such a unique taste?

Olivia followed behind, giving Caterlington a polite smile.

"Don't worry. Raymond won't regret it. This marriage was forced on him, marrying a stranger."

There was a hidden pride in her eyes, though Caterlington caught it.

Caterlington stood at the door, then followed them inside for dinner.

He sat close enough to see Raymond push the menu to Olivia, and Olivia looking up with a smile.

Enjoying the drama, Caterlington snapped a picture, making it look like Raymond and Olivia were sharing a tender moment.

He sent it to Selena with the caption: [Your husband's about to get a girlfriend.]

He figured Selena would freak out, given her flirty history with Raymond.

After all, Raymond was a catch. Didn't Olivia almost cling to him?

But it wasn't until the meal was nearly over that Selena replied with a short message.

[Congratulations.]

Caterlington chuckled. The woman Raymond was trying so hard to ditch didn't seem to care at all. How amusing.

Selena had already gone back to the hotel, taken a nap, and checked out the situation at Manston Manor online before heading to the hospital.

She was busy, and Raymond and Olivia were none of her concern.

She even sent the photo to Alice. Since Alice liked Raymond, let them start fighting.

Selena found it entertaining.

When she got to the hospital, it was already seven in the evening. Beatrice was still there, insisting on staying with James as if she'd been at it all day.

Selena frowned, thinking Beatrice was unusually eager this time.

"Beatrice." she called out, seeing Beatrice stiffen like she'd been caught.

Beatrice didn't expect Selena to show up again, and so often.

She was already struggling to keep it together. Every minute felt like torture.

Even though Kenny kept reassuring her over the phone, Beatrice felt immense pressure, scared that James might wake up.

And she hadn't told Alice about any of this, nor did she have anyone to confide in.

"Beatrice, this is the ICU. Everyone needs to be disinfected before going in. I've already told the doctor no visitors. When Dad wakes up, they'll let us know."

Seeing Selena handle everything so calmly made Beatrice even more anxious.

"I think you just don't want your dad to wake up! He raised you all these years for nothing!"

Selena sat down, her tone indifferent. "He's my dad. Why wouldn't I want him to wake up? If you think about it, maybe you're the one who doesn't want him to wake up."

Beatrice trembled like something had hit her hard.

"What nonsense are you talking about? Selena, have you always hated me? I'll tell your dad all the crazy things you're saying when he wakes up!"

Beatrice's lips quivered, her voice so sharp it almost cracked.

Selena had been speaking casually, not expecting such a strong reaction from Beatrice.

She narrowed her eyes, her sharp gaze on Beatrice.

Beatrice shrank back, quickly lowering her head.

"I'm going upstairs to check on Alice."

She left quickly, her steps heavy.

Selena watched her go, her brow furrowed.
