Elara felt like her whole body had turned to jelly. She clutched her phone, slowly sliding down the wall, tears streaming down her face.
The Reed family members were still pounding on her door. "Elara, have you seen the news? The Reed family's shares have tanked again. You really need to apologize publicly; you went too far."
