Chapter 281 How Dare You Covet My Man

To Selena, it was clear as day that Raymond just saw her as a plaything, using her and then tossing her aside.

But Olivia? No way Alice would dare say that to her face.

The receptionist instinctively glanced at Alice. She'd been up to the top floor before to book a room, and here she was again, demanding info about the guest in that room.

The top floor was Raymond's turf. There were only two suites up there—one was Raymond's permanent spot, freshly renovated, and the other was for guests.

Anyone could book that guest room, so why was Alice so fixated on finding out who was staying there?

It was obvious she was after Raymond.

The receptionist didn't want any drama and was about to deny her, but her earlier glance had already given Alice away.

Alice stiffened and turned to leave.

But Olivia, with a smile, asked, "What's your name?"

Alice, lacking confidence, bit her lip, not daring to face Olivia head-on.

Olivia's eyes narrowed, her presence intimidating.

"You don't even have the guts to tell me your name, yet you dare to go after my man? Who do you think you are? If I see you again..."

She leaned in close and whispered in Alice's ear, "I guarantee you and your family will be kicked out of Silver Bay City."

The Stone family didn't have that kind of power, but with Raymond backing her, Olivia did.

Her words were only for Alice to hear.

Alice's eyes reddened with humiliation, and she quickly left, her eyes burning with resentment.

Olivia thought, 'Bitch! Just wait, I'll be with Raymond soon enough!'

She snorted internally, then smiled at the receptionist before heading to Raymond's floor.

The receptionist let out a small sigh of relief once they were both gone and turned to a nearby colleague.

"Did you see Miss Stone's look? No wonder she's going to be Mrs. Montague; she's got that presence."

"The other girl, Alice, stayed here for a few days before. I heard she was always hanging around Raymond, making the lobby manager want to kick her out."

"With Raymond's looks, who wouldn't want to take a few extra glances? If he kissed me, I'd die happy."

They laughed but kept their jokes private.

Meanwhile, Olivia had reached the top floor. After knocking, she politely pushed the door open.

Raymond was on the sofa, video conferencing with some overseas execs.

The room was dimly lit, and Olivia caught a whiff of body wash; he must've just showered.

Thinking about it made her body heat up.

She'd changed into some sexy lingerie, a special surprise for him.

She was sure he'd love unwrapping it later.

Blushing, she changed her shoes at the entrance.

But as she squatted down, she froze in disbelief at the sight of two long hairs on the floor.

This room was exclusively Raymond's, cleaned professionally every day. Anyone entering would be wrapped up tight, not leaving a single hair, so these couldn't be from the cleaning staff.

Nor could they be from yesterday; if they were, they'd have been cleaned up by this morning's housekeeping.

So, they were left today.

Which shameless bitch had been in this room?

Olivia's face twisted with anger. No wonder Alex had called her, saying Raymond needed a woman.

Someone had clearly provoked him.

'Damn it!' she thought.

Her face was full of rage, but seeing Raymond on the sofa, she couldn't say a word.

He was truly exceptional, with looks that could rival any male star. If he entered the entertainment industry, no one else would stand a chance.

And he wasn't just a pretty face; he had sharp skills and an extraordinary family background.

He was born under a lucky star.

No wonder all these women wanted to get close to him.

Olivia took a deep breath, grateful she came back.

Since she was here, no other woman would get a chance.

Tonight, she was going to make Raymond completely infatuated with her.
