Chapter 415 Kimberly Accepted Maggie

For Maggie, Fiorello would do anything she wanted.

He gently squeezed her hand and said, "Alright, let's have dinner at the Flores Mansion tonight."

Maggie’s thoughtfulness made Fiorello happy.

At Soulful Harbor Cafe, Isabella sat alone by the window, staring at the spot where Fiorello had just stood.

She sipped her coffee, worried her earlier words might make Maggie suspicious.

As time passed, Isabella's feelings for Fiorello deepened, and she often dreamed about him.

She realized she couldn't let go.

She had trapped herself in her own emotional prison.

"Isabella, why are you here alone? Where's Maggie?" Olivia asked casually, returning from shopping.

Isabella replied listlessly, "She left. Fiorello came to pick her up."

"Maggie is so lucky. Fiorello really dotes on her. He came to pick her up as soon as she arrived." Olivia's words made Isabella even more agitated. She asked, "You went shopping with Aunt, why are you back so soon?"

"Arya got caught up with Mark, called and left, so I came back," Olivia said sourly. "I used to think our family was great, much better than Arya's in every way. But now, look at them, they're doing much better than us. Mark, Maggie's real dad, is a big winery tycoon, a billionaire. I heard he's going to leave all his wealth to Maggie."

Isabella hated hearing this, but Olivia often said it around her.

Isabella didn't respond, but the more she compared herself to Maggie, the more resentment she felt.

Olivia continued, "I saw Maggie's belly earlier; it's definitely a boy. With this baby, she'll secure her position as Fiorello's wife. Isabella, you need to put in some effort too. Women over thirty can't compete with those in their twenties."

"Mom, there you go again." Isabella was tired of hearing it. "You want to say I'm over thirty, old and unattractive, and no one wants me. You want to say I'm not as good as Maggie in every way, that she married well and is having a son. But who knows if she can even give birth to him."

Isabella's last words, filled with jealousy, startled Olivia. "Isabella, what do you mean by that?"

Isabella didn't want to stay any longer and said, "Nothing, I'm tired. I'm going to take a nap."

With employees in the store, Isabella didn't need to stay there all the time.

Feeling agitated, Isabella drove off, unsure of how to get closer to Fiorello.

Suddenly, a bold idea crossed her mind—she wanted to be Fiorello's wife.

She longed for Fiorello to love her the way he loved Maggie.

Night fell.

Fiorello brought Maggie back to the Flores Mansion.

They didn't bring Adalia, worried that Kimberly might say something hurtful to her.

Eleanor knew Maggie was coming for dinner and had prepared the meal early.

Fiorello helped Maggie into the house, and Eleanor greeted them with a smile, "Maggie, you're here. Come in and sit down, you must be tired."

Seeing Maggie's swollen belly, Eleanor's smile grew even wider.

"Maggie, Fiorello." Holden, dressed in casual clothes, came down from upstairs.

Kimberly also came out of her room with a cane. Out of courtesy, Maggie still called out, "Kimberly."

"Yes," Kimberly surprisingly responded without giving Maggie a hard time. She glanced at Maggie's belly and said, "Let's eat. Pregnant women shouldn't go hungry."

Kimberly's words surprised both Fiorello and Maggie.
