Joseph and Fiorello let go at the same time, and the fruit knife clattered to the ground, splattering small drops of blood.
Fiorello couldn't hold on any longer. His vision went black, and he passed out.

"Fiorello." Eleanor quickly stepped forward to support him and shouted to Brian, "Start the car, take him to the hospital."
Holden also supported Joseph. "Dad."
Joseph's palm wound was deep, causing his hand to spasm and twitch, but he was still worried about Fiorello and said, "Take care of Fiorello first. I'm fine."
The Flores family was in chaos for a moment. Brian carried Fiorello out, and Benjamin snapped out of his daze and quickly went to start the car.
After Fiorello and Joseph were both put in the car, Holden returned to the house and said to the so-called elders, "Whatever you're planning, you'd better give it up. The Flores family still has an heir, and Visionary Futures is not for you to covet. If anyone dares to leak a word about what happened tonight, the Flores family will take back everything you have now. If anyone tries to cause trouble, you will have nothing to do with the Flores family in the future. If you don't believe me, feel free to try."
It was the first time Holden spoke so firmly to everyone.
Before, he always hid behind Fiorello, living his life as a rich second generation. No matter how big the issue, Fiorello would handle it, and no storm would affect him in the slightest.
At the moment Fiorello fell, Holden realized he had to be a real man, take on the responsibility of the entire Flores family, and protect Visionary Futures for Fiorello.
After saying this, Holden immediately headed to the hospital. As he walked out of the Flores Mansion, he ran into Adalia, who had taken a cab on her own.
Seeing Holden, Adalia got out of the car and ran over. "Uncle Holden, where's my dad? My mom is going to jail. I need to find my dad to save her."
"Adalia, why are you here?" Holden was surprised to see Adalia. He didn't have time to take care of her now and said, "You should go back, don't cause trouble here. You shouldn't worry about adult matters."
Adalia stubbornly held onto Holden's sleeve, her eyes red and on the verge of tears. "I want to see my dad. They said my mom is going to be executed. I don't want my mom to die."
"Adalia, listen to me. Your mom will be fine. Trust me. I'll have someone take you back first." Holden didn't have time to explain much to Adalia. After all, she couldn't understand adult matters.
Adalia's stubbornness was just like Fiorello's. "Where is my dad? I want to see him today, or I won't leave."
Holden said, "Adalia, your dad is in trouble himself right now."
Before he could finish, Dulce and Isabella arrived.
Seeing Holden, they hurriedly got out of the car and ran over. "Holden, where's Fiorello? I need to ask him how to handle the situation with Maggie."
Seeing the two, Holden knew he couldn't hide it and said, "Fiorello was taken to the hospital. As for Maggie, don't worry. Fiorello has already resolved it. She will be released in a few days."
Hearing that Fiorello was in the hospital, Isabella nervously asked, "What happened to Fiorello?"
This question made Dulce glance at Isabella. Isabella was Maggie's cousin; shouldn't she be concerned about Maggie? Why was she worried about Fiorello?
But Dulce didn't think much of it. Maybe it was just a natural reaction to hearing someone was in the hospital.
Holden sighed and said, "Fiorello stabbed himself to give the Flores family a solution and to prevent my dad from appealing. He also agreed to divorce Maggie, so they owe each other nothing from now on."
"What?" Dulce and Isabella were shocked and spoke in unison.
Dulce was surprised that Fiorello was divorcing Maggie, while Isabella was shocked that Fiorello had stabbed himself.
Isabella couldn't hold back and asked, "Which hospital is Fiorello in now? How is his injury?"
