Chapter 451 Settling Accounts One by One
Fiorello was so mad he was practically spitting blood. Anger, hate, and pain all mixed up, making him feel like a boulder was crushing his chest, suffocating him.
Brian helped Fiorello sit up, quickly grabbing some tissues and water for him to rinse his mouth.
Fiorello waved him off. He wiped the blood from his mouth with his hand, his eyes cold and full of murderous intent.
Ariel was on her knees, begging for mercy. "Mr. Flores, I was forced. Mrs. Kimberly Flores made me do it. I had no choice; the loan sharks were after my daughter."
With every word Ariel said, Fiorello's anger grew.
Fiorello ordered coldly, "Brian, take care of her."
Brian knew what that meant—handle it quietly, no cops involved.
Having lost his child, Fiorello was out for blood.
Brian grabbed Ariel, but Fiorello changed his mind, his eyes blazing with rage. "Let her feel the pain of losing a child. Since she's so worried about her daughter, let them die together."
Even Brian was shocked. Fiorello was ruthless, but he never dragged family into it.
Brian hesitated, and Fiorello snapped, "Didn't you hear me?"
Brian snapped back. "Yes, Mr. Flores."
Ariel freaked out, terrified. "Mr. Flores, kill me, fine, but please spare my daughter. She's innocent; she knows nothing."
That just made Fiorello angrier. He kicked Ariel out of the living room, and she hit the ground hard, spitting blood.
It was the first time Fiorello had been so harsh with a woman. He was already showing restraint by not killing Ariel on the spot.
Fiorello walked to the hall entrance, looking down at Ariel on the ground, his voice icy. "My son was just a five-month-old fetus. How could you be so heartless? Wasn't my son innocent? Did he deserve to die? I will avenge my son, one by one."
Holden, who had rushed to Sunset Hills, was stunned to see Ariel spitting blood and Fiorello holding a gun.
Fiorello snapped at Brian. "Take her away and throw her into the sea to feed the fish."
This time, Brian didn't dare delay. He quickly picked up Ariel and threw her into the car.
Holden was shocked. "Fiorello, you're going to throw Ariel into the sea? What's going on? Did Ariel have something to do with Maggie's miscarriage?"
Fiorello's eyes were bloodshot as he forced out a sentence through gritted teeth. "Ariel was instructed by Grandma to give Maggie abortion drugs."
Hearing this, Holden was incredulous. "Grandma? How is that possible? Why would Grandma do something so foolish? Maggie was carrying your son."
It was simply unbelievable.
Fiorello had no time to explain to Holden; he had to find Kimberly.
Fiorello already knew that Kimberly had returned to the Flores Mansion.
With his gun in hand, Fiorello got into his car and drove straight to the Flores Mansion.
Realizing something was off, Holden quickly called Joseph, "Dad, something's happened. Get back to the Flores Mansion quickly. Fiorello is going to find Grandma for revenge, and he's got a gun. Grandma instructed Ariel to give Maggie abortion drugs."
Joseph, still at the hospital, was also shocked by the news.
Eleanor, who had just finished the paperwork to take the baby's body, walked over to Joseph and saw his troubled expression. She asked, "Who was on the phone? What's happened now?"
It took Joseph a while to return to his senses. He said anxiously, "We need to get back to the Flores Mansion quickly. If we're any later, someone might die. Maggie miscarried because she was given abortion drugs, and it was Mom who instructed Ariel to do it. Fiorello is already on his way to the Flores Mansion."
"What?" Eleanor was beyond shocked; words couldn't describe her emotions.
The whole family had been eagerly awaiting the birth of the child, only to find out it was Kimberly who caused its death.
Eleanor immediately broke down and cursed, "Joseph, is Kimberly crazy? That was Fiorello's child! How could she give drugs to kill him? This is terrifying."
Joseph said urgently, "I don't know why Mom did this either. We need to get back quickly, or something terrible will happen. With Fiorello's temper, someone could really end up dead."
