Chapter 465 Let's Take a Look Inside
Arya felt something was off and stopped Fiorello. "Did Maggie go see Mrs. Kimberly Flores?"
Fiorello's face darkened. "Could be."
"Fiorello, you gotta find Maggie and stop her from doing something crazy," Arya said, worried, knowing Maggie was capable of anything.
Fiorello was just as anxious. He called Brian, but Maggie hadn't taken any of her devices, making it impossible to track her. The only option was to find Kimberly first; she'd lead them to Maggie.
Meanwhile, Kimberly was at a mall with her driver, buying luxury stuff for Jenny. She was still plotting to get Jenny and Gregory together.
Joseph and Fiorello kept calling her, but Kimberly ignored them. To her, Fiorello was just calling to scold her about Maggie, and Joseph was being a brat. Right now, Jenny was the only one who seemed good to her; Jenny always listened and said what she wanted to hear.
Kimberly picked out a necklace worth over a million bucks and told the driver to carry it. "Don't answer any calls today. No one should know where I am."
She didn't want the rest of the Flores family to stop her from going to the Holmes Mansion. Kevin wasn't home, but his wife was, and Kimberly planned to talk to her first.
The driver, loaded with bags, nodded. "Yes, Mrs. Kimberly Flores."
"Let's get some skincare products for Jenny," Kimberly muttered, pulling out her phone to call Jenny. "Jenny, are you here yet? I'm at the department store, buying you a necklace. I'll wait for you."
Kimberly was in a great mood. After leaving the luxury store, she headed to another shop.
Across the street, Maggie was staring at her intently.
Maggie, in a black down jacket and a mask, had been tailing Kimberly, waiting for the right moment.
Seeing Kimberly's happy face, Maggie's hatred almost consumed her. She thought of her own suffering and the child she lost. Her hand in her pocket gripped a knife tightly.
Kimberly bought the skincare products for Jenny and told the driver, "Take these to the car and wait for me at the main entrance. I need to use the restroom."
The driver replied, "Yes, Mrs. Kimberly Flores."
Kimberly, carrying her bag, headed to the restroom, and Maggie followed. After Kimberly entered the women's restroom, Maggie noticed an "Under Maintenance, Temporarily Closed" sign nearby. She placed the sign in the middle, making sure no one else would come in.
After using the toilet, Kimberly came out of the stall, placed her bag on the sink, and turned on the faucet to wash her hands. When she looked up, she saw Maggie's reflection in the mirror and was startled. "What are you doing here? What do you want?"
Maggie's expression was icy, her eyes full of rage.
Maggie stepped closer, her hatred intensifying. Without a word, she pulled the knife from her pocket and pressed it against Kimberly's neck, her emotions boiling over. "You killed my child. Don't you think you should pay for that? What did I ever do to you? You were so cruel, even harming an unborn child."
The sharp knife cut Kimberly's skin, and bright red blood immediately oozed out. Kimberly was terrified and screamed, "Help! Maggie, you bitch, you wouldn't dare hurt me. Murder is illegal. If Fiorello finds out, he'll definitely divorce you."
Maggie watched the blood flow along the blade and sneered, "Why did you harm my child? You should consider the consequences before you did it."
