Chapter 713 Starting from Happy Pub

After Olivia recovered, she held Isabella's body and wailed in grief, heartbroken.

"Isabella, how could you die? How are your father and I supposed to live? My daughter."

Olivia cried so hard that she eventually fainted again.

Frank couldn't hold back his emotions either and broke down in tears.

They only had one child, and he had been hoping for his daughter's release and a fresh start.

It hadn't been long before they received the news of Isabella's death. How could they possibly accept it?

When Olivia woke up again, she kept crying and refused to accept the prison's explanation that Isabella had died of illness.

She said, "It must have been Maggie. You all colluded with her, didn't you? You were bribed to kill my daughter and then claimed she died of illness. You killed her. Give me back my daughter."

Olivia thought about what Maggie had said the day before. She couldn't accept it. Such a coincidence, even Maggie hadn't anticipated it.

Olivia refused to leave and caused a scene in the prison.

The staff were firm, "If you don't leave, we'll charge you with disturbing the peace and keep you here for a few days."

"What, are you trying to intimidate me? Scare me? I'm not afraid. I just want justice. I want my daughter back. You owe me my daughter." Olivia continued to cause a commotion.

Frank pulled her aside, "Olivia, stop it. Let's take Isabella's body back and let her rest in peace."

Frank was slightly more rational than Olivia, but to say he wasn't resentful would be a lie.

Their daughter had died in prison, and they were told it was due to illness.

Even though he suspected the cause of Isabella's death, Frank knew he couldn't do anything about it. He could only take Isabella back for burial.

Olivia and Frank took Isabella to be cremated and brought her ashes home.

Olivia refused to bury Isabella's ashes. She sat on the couch holding the urn, her eyes filled with hatred. "I will make Maggie and Fiorello pay for our daughter's death. Otherwise, our daughter will never rest in peace."

Frank was terrified, "Olivia, let's not stir things up anymore. Let Isabella rest in peace. Let's live our lives well from now on. Don't go after the Flores family. How can we fight them?"

"We may not win, but I will make sure they don't have it easy either." Olivia gritted her teeth, holding the urn as she went into the room and placed it on the table.

Olivia cursed Fiorello and Maggie in the room.

Frank looked at the door, shook his head, and didn't stop her.

Olivia could only cope with her grief this way now.

Isabella was dead, and Arya was wondering whether to visit Olivia, worried that it might upset her.

Arya was torn, afraid that Olivia would be unhappy if she went.

Maggie noticed and advised Arya, "Mom, it's best if you don't go. It might cause misunderstandings."

Maggie was more worried that something might happen to Arya if she went.

Olivia and Frank were both in deep grief, and who knew what they might do in their extreme state.

Arya understood, "I know, I won't go. Maggie, did Isabella die of illness?"

Maggie was surprised that Arya would think that. She paused, "Mom, the prison concluded that she died of illness. Fiorello and I didn't do anything to her."

Arya felt awkward, "I was just asking casually. I'll go check on Katie and Nate."

Arya found an excuse to leave. Maggie wasn't in high spirits either. With Isabella dead, Olivia was even less likely to reveal Adalia's identity.

Maggie thought it over and went to Happy Pub to find out what had happened.

It was here that she had lost her innocence, so she thought there might be some clues.

As soon as Maggie entered the club, she thought of Laura, who had jumped to her death.

Maggie didn't dare reveal her identity to investigate the past. If she found something, it might be used against her and spread around. Eleanor was right; she now represented Visionary Futures Group and Fiorello's reputation. She had to be careful and not leave any evidence.

Maggie wore a mask to avoid being recognized, but as soon as she entered Happy Pub, she was recognized by an acquaintance.

"Maggie, what are you doing here? Spying? Fiorello hasn't been here in a long time."

The person teasing her was Benjamin.
