Chapter 430 Kimberly Was Sent Away
Kimberly's words stunned everyone.
Eleanor and Joseph's faces went pale.
Only Fiorello stayed calm.
Joseph urgently asked, "Mom, what's happening? Is Maggie not carrying a Flores baby?"
Eleanor added nervously, "How could that be? Mom, where did you hear this? You accepted Maggie just yesterday. Why the sudden change?"
Kimberly stood firm. "Every word is true. I have proof of Maggie's infidelity."
Fiorello, still composed, said coldly, "Show your evidence."
Kimberly eagerly pulled out her phone and showed some photos. "Look, Fiorello. This man sneaked into your house to see Maggie when you were out. Here they are leaving a hotel, practically hugging."
Fiorello was shocked. The man in the photos matched the one from the surveillance screenshots Maggie had shown him earlier. The height, build, and clothes were identical.
Fiorello's expression shifted as he examined Kimberly's phone. "Grandma, where did you get these photos?"
The timestamp on the hotel photo could be verified, but it didn't prove much. They weren't walking out together, and the "hugging" photo was clearly misleading.
Seeing Fiorello's reaction, Kimberly thought he believed her. "I hired a private detective. Maggie was infertile, then suddenly pregnant. I suspected something, so I investigated. Fiorello, now you see my good intentions. Don't be fooled by Maggie."
With Kimberly's convincing tone and the photos, Joseph and Eleanor started to believe it too.
Had Maggie cheated and was carrying another man's child?
Eleanor felt dizzy and Joseph quickly supported her. "Eleanor."
Joseph, angry, said, "Fiorello, go get Maggie and ask her what's going on."
"No need to call her," Fiorello said, handing the phone back to Kimberly. "These photos prove nothing. Some are misleading due to the angle. Maggie hasn't cheated, and the child is mine. No one is to mention this to Maggie."
If she hadn't held suspicion for Maggie already, the photos were actually inconclusive, proving nothing. But Kimberly was biased and saw problems everywhere.
Seeing Fiorello's disbelief, Kimberly got anxious. "Fiorello, you're blinded by her. Maggie isn't carrying a Flores baby. The evidence is right here."
Fiorello, seeing her stubbornness, knew she couldn't stay in Cyberland. "Grandma, pack your things. I'll have someone take you back to the countryside."
It was clear he intended to send her away.
Kimberly felt a chill. "Fiorello, I'm your grandmother. You're ungrateful, sending me away. Joseph, do something about your son! He's lost his mind over Maggie."
Joseph was torn between his son and mother. "Fiorello, your grandmother..."
"I'm the heir now. Can't I make this decision?" Fiorello interrupted. "Until Maggie gives birth, Grandma, stay in the countryside, play cards, dance, whatever. Just don't come back to Cyberland."
With that, Fiorello left.
He was serious. Ten minutes later, Brian came to escort Kimberly. Heartbroken, she packed her things and was taken back to the countryside.
The events and Kimberly's accusations didn't spread. Maggie remained unaware. She thought Kimberly was sent away because of the hotel incident.
Fiorello quickly found the man in the photos. He was a thief who admitted he wanted to break into the villa but couldn't find an opportunity, so he lingered at the door. As for the hotel, it was a coincidence.
When Jenny heard Kimberly was sent to the countryside, she was surprised. She decided to visit Kimberly, knowing she was furious and planning to use it to her advantage.
