Chapter 626 Different Educational Concepts
Olivia looked at Frank and smiled smugly, "Of course I know."
"You know?" Frank was shocked. "How do you know? Who is Adalia's biological father?"
Olivia gritted her teeth in hatred, "I would rather die than tell Maggie. Let her daughter live with low self-esteem for her whole life. When Adalia grows up and finds out she's illegitimate, she might even resent Maggie."
"Olivia, how did you become like this?" Frank frowned, finding Olivia's words so sharp and bitter.
"If you know who Adalia's biological father is, just say it. Don't let Maggie live with regret."
"Why should I help her? Look at what she did to our daughter! Frank, you're sick; you always side with others."
"We both know why Isabella is where she is today. What did Maggie do?" Frank said earnestly, "A mother who spoils her child too much can lead to bad habits as they grow up. Isabella is the way she is because you spoiled her. Who does she think she is? She wants whatever she sees. Fiorello met Maggie first; he's Maggie's husband. If she had any shame, she wouldn't have feelings for Fiorello."
Olivia immediately became upset and emotionally charged, "Frank, Isabella is in jail now, disfigured. She was a perfectly fine person, and now she's ruined, her whole life is ruined, do you understand? As her father, how can you say such things? I would rather die than tell Maggie who Adalia's biological father is."
Seeing his wife's extreme attitude, Frank sighed.
Frank didn't bother with Olivia anymore and left after saying that.
Olivia continued to stay at home alone.
Night fell.
The Flores Manor.
Today, Eleanor personally prepared a lavish meal and invited Fiorello and Maggie to come back for dinner.
Maggie arrived with Adalia first. It wasn't time to eat yet, so the mother and daughter played in the home's playground.
This was something Joseph had built for Adalia.
Adalia was playing in the ball pit, and Maggie was sitting nearby watching her. Suddenly, a voice came from above, "Maggie, you're getting more and more beautiful."
It was Gregory.
Such a flippant remark made Maggie very disgusted.
Maggie frowned and ignored Gregory.
Gregory, however, sat down beside her and said regretfully, "What a pity, such a good child turned out to be mute."
These words were meant to provoke Maggie.
"Gregory, if you can't speak properly, then shut up," Maggie said bluntly, giving him no face.
"Maggie, don't be mad, just joking," Gregory laughed nonchalantly. "I really admire you, managing to win Fiorello's favor with an illegitimate daughter. You must have some extraordinary qualities I don't know about. It's a pity I didn't meet you sooner."
Maggie replied sarcastically, "You should accumulate some good luck for yourself, or you won't know when you'll get beaten up."
"It would be my honor to get beaten up for you," Gregory hadn't finished speaking when he felt a chill down his spine.
Gregory turned around to see Fiorello standing behind him.
Gregory immediately changed his tone, "Just a joke, can't you take a joke?"
Fiorello's expression was cold, "If you don't want to get beaten, get lost."
Gregory always had a sharp tongue. He wasn't competing with Fiorello in business now, but if Fiorello had any misfortune, Gregory would never miss a chance to gloat.
Gregory smiled and deliberately said, "Jenny has been on the run for over half a year, and the police still have no leads? The police are really inefficient; they can't find someone so close to us."
