Chapter 641 The Truth is Right in Front of You

Maggie thought Olivia and Frank had really given up on Isabella. She suddenly remembered that Isabella's case was going to court next month.

Frank's visit was definitely about Isabella.

Maggie didn't want to see him, so she had Erin send him away, saying she wasn't home.

Maggie knew what Frank would say if they met, so there was no need.

Erin went out and told Frank, "Maggie isn't home, Frank. You should go back."

"What about Arya? Is Arya home?" Frank asked sincerely. "I need to talk to her. Please let her know."

Erin, having worked in the house for so long, knew what it was about.

Maggie's refusal to see him was clear.

Erin said, "Frank, you should go back. Adalia can't speak, and Maggie can't accept that. Even if you're here to plead, it won't help."

Frank understood; she didn't want to see him.

Frank sighed and said, "It's my fault for not teaching my daughter well. Erin, please tell Maggie I really need to see her. It's not to plead for Isabella; it's about Adalia's biological father."

Hearing this, Erin thought for a moment and said, "Wait a moment. I'll ask her again."

"Thank you," Frank said politely.

Erin was willing to go because Frank was always polite, unlike Olivia, who was always arrogant.

Maggie had just lain down when Erin came in and said, "Maggie, Frank won't leave. He says he needs to talk to you about Adalia's biological father."

Hearing this, Maggie quickly said, "Let him in."

Maggie had no clear memory about Adalia's biological father. She had only heard from Laura that it might be Mr. Wheeler.

Maggie had always been afraid to investigate further. She didn't want anything to disturb her current life. If Adalia's biological father really showed up, it would hurt Adalia and Fiorello.

Maggie hadn't fully recovered the lost part of her memory and wasn't ready to accept it.

Frank waited for a while before Maggie came down and asked directly, "Frank, how much do you know about Adalia, and how did you find out?"

Maggie wanted to understand why Frank knew.

Frank said, "I don't know; Olivia knows. I only heard a bit from her recently. Maggie, I feel really guilty about what happened to Adalia. It's my fault for not teaching Isabella well, leading to such a terrible thing."

"Olivia knows?" Maggie was even more curious. "How does Olivia know?"

Maggie deliberately ignored Frank's plea for Isabella. That was impossible.

Frank sighed, "I don't know."

Maggie understood that Frank didn't know who Adalia's biological father was; he just wanted to see her to plead for Isabella.

If Frank didn't know, Olivia probably did.

Maggie suddenly remembered something that happened a few months ago. Olivia had once pulled out some of Adalia's hair, making her scalp red.

The biggest use for Adalia's hair would be a paternity test.

Maggie didn't hear what Frank said next; she was thinking about Adalia's hair being pulled out.

"Isabella indeed went too far. She was confused," Frank said. "Maggie, I understand you have difficulties and hatred. It's natural. Whatever punishment Isabella gets, she deserves it."

Frank couldn't plead for Isabella anymore. Isabella had harmed two children. Adalia had become mute, and her life was ruined.

Seeing Frank's understanding, Maggie said a bit more, "You said Olivia knows who Adalia's biological father is, but she hasn't told me. At my wedding, she spread rumors and slandered me and Adalia. If you are sincere, tell me the answer. I might consider reducing Isabella's sentence."

"Okay, I'll ask Olivia. Once I know, I'll tell you immediately."

"Thank you," Maggie said, calling Erin to see him out.

After Frank left, Maggie sat on the sofa, thinking about the paternity test. Whose hair did Olivia take?

Maggie was worried about this when she saw the news of Kevin's death and wanted to visit him immediately.

Kyle stopped her. "If you go now, there will be many police waiting for you."

Jenny said angrily, "That's my dad. I'm his daughter. Can't I even attend his funeral?"

Kyle sneered, "Did you forget you were almost caught last night? Fiorello's people are watching you. Do you think you're safe now?"

"Then make me a fake identity so I can see him."

Kyle was so angry he wanted to hit Jenny but lowered his hand. "Wait a bit longer."

Jenny threw a tantrum. "All you do is make me wait. Kyle, how long do I have to wait? Until Maggie's child is born? I can't wait any longer. Either let me see my dad or help me kill Maggie."

"You think you're that important?" Kyle sneered. "You're just a bit of interest Kevin owed."

"What do you mean? You knew my dad?"
