Chapter 547 The Impostor
Mark's eyes blinked rapidly when he heard Maggie was going to take him away, signaling that he was willing to go with her.
This made Ashley very angry, "Mark, you heartless man, I took care of you, and now you want to go with them? You have no conscience."
Ashley hit Mark in anger. Mark cried in pain but couldn't resist.
Arya pulled Ashley away, "Stop it, Ashley. Think about why Mark would rather go with us than stay here."
Ashley cried and said, "He has no conscience. You two have taken it away."
Wasn't this an insult to Maggie and her daughter?
Maggie didn't get angry and said, "Dad's intentions are clear now. He wants to go with us."
Ashley tried to drive them away, "No, I'm his wife. You have no right to take him. Leave now, or I'll call the police."
Melissa said awkwardly, "Maggie, Arya, my mom loves my dad very much. How can she accept you taking him away? This is unreasonable. You can visit him anytime you want."
Maggie reached out to the lawyer she brought, who handed her the equity transfer agreement.
Maggie said in front of Ashley and Melissa, "How about I trade this? Do you want to keep a stroke patient or the Jackson Group? You can think about it. This is Howard Ramirez, and he has confirmed that these agreements are legally binding."
Mr. Ramirez stepped forward and said, "Hello, I'm Miss Miller's attorney. Now that Mr. Jackson is in this condition, my client can inherit the Jackson Group according to the agreement and become the next successor, obtaining 55% of Mr. Jackson's company shares and becoming the largest shareholder."
Seeing the equity transfer agreement, Ashley was jealous and furious. Melissa's calm expression also changed slightly.
"Mark, you're not human. You left everything to that little bitch. What about Melissa and Timothy? They are your children, too."
Mark kept blinking at Maggie, seemingly asking for help, afraid that Ashley might do something extreme in her emotional state.
