Chapter 774 He Decided to Return

Fiorello's voice made Melissa and Ashley feel like they were on a roller coaster, their hearts suddenly tensed up.

Hearing the voice, Mark looked towards the staircase.

With the stairs blocking his view, Mark could only see a man coming down, but couldn't see his face.

Melissa's mind went blank, and in a panic, Ashley picked up the ashtray on the table and smashed it hard on Mark's head.

Mark immediately fell to the ground, unconscious.

Seeing Mark fall, Melissa was shocked but also felt relieved.

Fiorello walked down the stairs, hands in his pockets, calmly watching the scene.

Ashley was holding the ashtray, Mark was on the ground, and Melissa stood nearby, pale-faced. At this moment, Timothy walked in with takeout.

"Melissa..."

Seeing the situation at home, Timothy swallowed the rest of his words.

The scene was enough to leave Timothy confused and bewildered.

Ashley was trembling, Melissa couldn't speak, and only Fiorello remained calm, looking indifferent as if it had nothing to do with him.

Timothy urgently asked, "What happened?"

Melissa snapped out of it and said, "Dad and Mom had a fight. No matter how we tried to explain to Dad, it didn't work, and then Mom got physical. Brother, quickly take Dad to the hospital."

Melissa shifted the blame onto Ashley.

Ashley didn't argue and admitted, "Your dad accused me of having an affair. Does he think I'm easy to bully? I can't stand being falsely accused."

Timothy was completely bewildered, but what was happening now wasn't important. He quickly took Mark to the hospital.

Ashley hurriedly followed. Though she spoke harshly, she was still worried about Mark deep down.

The Jackson family was left with only Fiorello and Melissa.

Melissa glanced at Fiorello and explained, "My parents' marriage is in trouble. My dad just misunderstood. Ryan, are you okay? Don't take it to heart. Let me take you out for dinner."

"Your dad is hurt like this; you should go to the hospital first," Fiorello said. "Let's have dinner another day."

With that, Fiorello left.

The situation was a mess, and Melissa was losing control.

Fiorello took a cab and left. He didn't go back to the villa or the hospital.

The taxi driver asked him, "Where to?"

"Anywhere," Fiorello said, looking out the window. The city felt somewhat unfamiliar to him.

Fiorello looked out the window, recalling what had just happened with the Jackson family.

When Mark appeared outside, Fiorello noticed. He also saw that Ashley had deliberately sent him away.

He went upstairs to see what Melissa and Ashley were up to.

He heard Mark's cursing and deliberately made a noise on the staircase, observing Melissa and Ashley's reactions.

The mother and daughter seemed very afraid of him meeting Mark.

It wasn't just about being mistaken for a lover.

If he were Ryan, the son of the Jackson family's butler, what would be the problem with meeting Mark?

Fiorello had lost his memory, not his intelligence.

Fiorello was sure that Mark knew him and knew things he wanted to know.

Fiorello didn't go to the hospital to make Melissa lower her guard.

The taxi driver suddenly said, "The car is running low on gas. How about I drop you off somewhere?"

The driver's voice pulled Fiorello out of his thoughts. He looked up just in time to see a plane flying overhead and impulsively said, "Please take me to the airport."

The airport was two kilometers away. The driver looked and said, "Sure, no problem."

The driver headed to the airport. Fiorello stopped at the entrance, paid, and walked straight into the airport.

Fiorello took out Ryan's driving license and bought a ticket to Cyberland.

He just wanted to go to Cyberland to find his true self.

Before going through security, Melissa called. Fiorello hesitated for a moment before answering.

"Ryan, where are you? You didn't go back to the villa?"

"I'm at the airport, about to board," Fiorello said. "Melissa, please take care of my dad."

"Where are you going? Cyberland?" Melissa panicked on the other end of the line. "Fiorello, you can't leave. Wait for me at the airport. I'll be right there."
