Chapter 117 She is My Woman

Jane lacked confidence in finishing the fight quickly, so she called Natalie, but Natalie did not pick up.

A man with bad intentions said to Jane, "How about you spend the night with us? We won’t press charges if you do that."

Another man tried to touch Jane's face, but she skillfully avoided it, leaving marks on him.

Jane's earlier actions might have left bruises, but that was all. It was just a minor scuffle. However, if these spoiled playboys wanted to frame her, they had ways and evidence to do so.

In the midst of a crowded place, the person gripping Natalie’s arm moved quickly, showing little concern for those around them. She accidentally bumped into people several times, receiving glares and curses in return. She hastily apologized to those she unintentionally harmed.

"Hey! Let me go! Who are you? If you don't release me, I'll call for help!"

"Oliver, please let her go!" someone pleaded.

It was Adrian, who was coincidentally going to the bathroom when he witnessed the scene. He saw a tall man forcibly pulling Natalie. What intrigued him even more was the anger on Natalie's face!

‘Did she quarrel with Oliver?’ Adrian thought to himself excitedly.

Meanwhile, Natalie instantly stopped resisting, her shocked gaze fixed on the man in front of her. She had been too flustered to realize it was Oliver.

‘Isn’t he in France? When did he come back?’ But isn't he in France? When did he come back?

"Get lost!" Oliver said angrily.

Adrian, with his limited tolerance for alcohol, intervened, grasping Oliver's arm firmly.

"Hold on, Oliver," Adrian asserted, "Natalie has already told you to let go! She doesn’t want anything to do with you. Why persist in pestering her? Do you realize she was once my woman? She will never belong to you!"

"Oliver, calm down," Natalie implored as she reached out to Oliver. She did not know the reason, but she could feel Oliver's smoldering anger.

The majority of those present were Adrian's close friends, and Oliver's true identity had to remain a secret. Natalie feared that if a physical altercation ensued, Oliver would be at a disadvantage. However, her pleas fell on deaf ears.

"Mr. Windsor, look! Natalie is protecting her lover!"

Cadence, who came over, decided to make things worse.

"Shut up!"

Oliver's stern look silenced Cadence.

At that moment, Natalie wanted to explain, but when she saw Cadence looking at her triumphantly while holding Oliver’s arms, she fell silent.

Cadence felt smug. A month ago, Natalie had the upper hand, but now she was the one standing next to Oliver.

Oliver asked with dark eyes, "What, afraid that I'll beat him to death or cripple him?"

"What?"

Natalie felt as if she had been drenched in ice water from head to toe.

‘Is he... angry with me?‘

With this, Natalie gave up on explaining herself to him, finding it ridiculous.

"What a joke! You’re dreaming if you think you can beat me!"

Adrian sneered, his face flushed from drinking.

"Natalie, don't be afraid, I'll protect you!"

‘What is this scumbag saying?’

The hand gripping Natalie’s wrist suddenly tightened, causing her to gasp in pain. She tried to move Oliver's hand as she exclaimed, "Ouch! You're hurting me!"

Oliver kept a tight grip on her wrist, his lips curled up cruelly like a demon in the dark.

Natalie could tell from his gaze that more pain was on the way.
