“You…”Jacob was shocked. His eyes widened in surprise as he looked at Jane.
“Jane won the National Junior Amateur Shooting’s gold medal back in high school. Haven’t you heard of it?” Natalie asked as she reached for the note to read it.
Jacob remained in a state of shock, thinking to himself, ‘I’ve only heard that she’s good at fighting. Who knew that she’s also good at shooting?’
Outwardly, he said, “So what if you’re good at fighting and shooting? So what? How does that benefit you?”
“At the very least, I can put you in your place. You missed three shots, right?” Jane said with a chuckle, looking extremely beautiful. At the same time, she thought to herself, ‘You dare to despise my best friend? I’ll let you know the consequences of doing that!’
At this time, Natalie laid out the notes, announcing, "We have seven clues."

While Jacob spoke, Natalie and Jane began to analyze and decipher the clues.
Jacob trailed behind them, looking disinterested. However, his disinterest was soon replaced by shock, disbelief, and amazement as Natalie and Jane found the props.
Eventually, Natalie and Jane found an eyebrow pencil, lipstick, eyeshadow, a pair of earrings, and a jacket, which appeared to be part of a kimono ensemble. With this, they had a lot to work with.
Jacob could not help but ask curiously, “Natalie, how did you know that the security guard was a staff member?”
"I haven’t seen the security guard before, so I decided to test my theory,” Natalie explained.
“You didn’t recognize him? Are you familiar with all the security guards on campus?” Jacob asked in disbelief.
Jane beamed with pride as she said, “She has a very good memory!”
Natalie had gotten familiar with the security guards when she worked part-time in the main building during her freshman and sophomore years.
"I always feel like you’re mocking me,” Jacob said with a dark expression.
Jane feigned astonishment, exclaiming, "Wow! You actually noticed it?”
Jacob lamented inwardly, ‘I should’ve just stayed silent! How did Natalie manage to stay friends with someone like her for so many years?’
Since a single jacket was insufficient, Natalie approached another disguised staff member for clues.
Jacob had initially intended to show off during this mission, but he did not expect it to be a test of intellect. While he was still puzzling over the clues given by the staff member, Natalie had already swiftly pinpointed the precise location.
‘Is she even human? Although her husband is cheating on her, she can still remain so calm!’
Soon after, the trio encountered a challenge that tested the teammates' understanding of each other. Unsurprisingly, Natalie and Jane easily understood each other’s thoughts.
Jacob watched in awe throughout the entire process.
“Alright, both of you have fun; this is your expertise! I’ll take care of the bags!” Jacob said.
Initially, he had underestimated both Natalie. However, he gradually realized that she was extremely smart. Moreover, compared to Jane, Natalie was charming and gentle, just like an angel.

When it was time, the three teams convened, and everyone was taken aback by the number of props that Natalie’s team had found.
Natalie's team had not only gathered a complete kimono set but also various makeups, including eight different lipsticks.
‘This is way too much!’
The production team immediately questioned the staff to determine whether Natalie's team had received special treatment or if their success was pure luck. The consensus was that luck played no role in their success. Natalie's astuteness, paired with Jane's exceptional cooperation, was the key.
The production team mused, ‘Natalie and Jane are like glitches in the system!’
The focus then shifted back to the other teams.
Lily's team had managed to collect only a few items: a pair of shorts, a pair of Doc Martens boots, Martin boots, a midi skirt, and a blush. In other words, it was a disappointing haul.
Sharon's team did slightly better, acquiring a dress, an umbrella, a pair of flip-flops, and some cosmetics.
Lily felt embarrassed and humiliated, as if Natalie's achievements were a direct affront to her own efforts.
It was already noon, so the director announced a lunch break before filming resumed.
To save time and ensure everyone's safety, the production team arranged for a standard boxed lunch for all.
At this time, Lily asked loudly, "Natalie, you usually cook for your husband, right? I heard you cooked for your husband even when you were competing in Top Avenue?”
