Chapter 875 Nathan Windsor
Lucas knew very well that Mr. Liam was very shrewd. Bringing Lucas to see his nephew first was actually to prevent Lucas from disturbing the private world of Natalie and Oliver.
Inside the hospital room, Natalie drank a small plate of nourishing soup to replenish her energy. Since she would be breastfeeding later, it was not suitable for her to have too much nourishment now to avoid discomfort for the baby.
"What's the baby's name? Have you decided?" After resting for a while and drinking some nourishing soup, Natalie regained some strength and asked Oliver, leaning on the hospital bed.
One advantage of natural childbirth over a cesarean section was that the mother recovered quickly. Some women could even walk out of the delivery room right after giving birth, but this was rare.
The child's name was supposed to be decided by Oliver during the pregnancy. Marjorie had made it clear from the beginning that she would not be involved in naming the child. Just like how Tina's name was decided by Arthur and Flora, the name of Oliver and Natalie's child should also be decided by the two of them.
As an elderly woman in her eighties, Marjorie wanted to make the most of her time playing with her iPad and not flipping through a dictionary with glasses.
Oliver originally wanted Natalie to choose the name, but Natalie refused, mainly wanting the baby to carry the best wishes of the father.
"Ava Windsor," Oliver said.
He didn't care if Ava was exceptionally smart or talented, instead, he only wanted him to have a smooth life, just like her mother.
"Natalie, Ava is a girl's name, right? Haven't you thought about a name for a boy?" Natalie frowned.
"No," Oliver had never thought they would have a son.
Even though they hadn't checked the gender beforehand, Oliver kept convincing himself that they would have a cute daughter.
In the end, not only did they have a son, who looked just like him, but this boy cried as soon as he was born.
Oliver was absolutely absentminded about naming their son.
"Natalie!" Natalie saw through Oliver's thoughts and his disdain was too obvious.
Natalie was genuinely angry. Lucas and Marjorie walked in and saw Natalie throwing a pillow at Oliver and glaring at him.
"Natalie, what's going on?" Lucas looked warily at Oliver. ‘Natalie had just given birth, and Oliver was already making her angry?’He thought.
"Oliver, did you upset Natalie?" Marjorie looked ready to scold Oliver.
"It's nothing," Natalie quickly composed herself, smiling and inviting Lucas and Marjorie to sit down.
Oliver nonchalantly put the pillow back. Lucas and Marjorie had come in to check on Natalie's condition. After a brief chat, Natalie asked Marjorie to go rest at the reserved hotel as it was already late. Lucas, though young and energetic, was also asked to leave.
Lucas was not pleased with Oliver's possessiveness towards his sister. After some thought, he shared the news of Nathan's birth with Jane, Flora, Lilian, Isaac, Wyatt, Ethan, Barrett, and others.
Although Ethan, Barrett, and the others, being heirs, couldn't just show up at the hospital the next day to see Natalie, as they didn't have the closeness or qualifications, but Jane, Flora, Lilian, Isaac, and Wyatt did!
Did Oliver think he could monopolize his sister?
He wouldn’t let him have a chance!
"Hurry up and pick a name for the baby!" Once everyone left, Natalie returned to the topic.
Oliver glanced at the time, it was five in the morning. "You should rest first."
"I won't rest until you decide on son’s name!" Natalie looked displeased, never finding Oliver so disagreeable before. "Oliver, do you dislike my baby?"
Natalie seemed to say with that fuming expression, “If you nod, we’ll get divorced.”
"I don't dislike him," Oliver said earnestly, although it was a lie.
"Oliver, don't forget, you schemed to have a baby! You calculated and—mmph!" Natalie was interrupted by Oliver, who placed a finger on her lips.
With one hand on Natalie's neck, Oliver silenced her with a kiss, ending her words.
"Natalie, already teaching me the first lesson as a new mom?" Oliver teased.
"Do you find me annoying?" Natalie glared again. Why did everything Oliver say seem wrong now?
"Alright, my mistake." Oliver tactfully lowered his head, reminiscing and kissing Natalie a few more times. "I have a name in mind."
"Think quickly!"
As dawn broke, the first rays of sunlight entered the VIP ward, casting a morning glow on Natalie.
"Nathan," Oliver spoke.
Natalie nodded in satisfaction. "Good name, I like it."
Oliver sighed in relief, having chosen a name that pleased Natalie. However, when he thought of Nathan, he didn't wish for just peace and joy.
Oliver hoped Nathan would be well-behaved and not get into trouble. He knew what kind of person he used to be before falling in love with Natalie. But She had brought his soul from the gray areas into the sunlight.
It was said that a child with mental illness might inherit it, but Oliver didn't know if that would be the case for Nathan. Looking at Natalie, he believed that with such a mother, Nathan would be raised well.
Nathan had inherited his father's temperament and appearance, always looking listless, as if saying, "Do you owe me billions?"

Living up to Lucas's expectations, Jane and the others arrived at the hospital early the next morning. Knowing that Natalie had given birth naturally and was recovering well, they needn't have to worry about her body care too much.
"Natalie, where's Nathan?"
"Congratulations, Natalie!"
Jane, Flora, and the others had come to the hospital early in the morning, led by Lucas.
