Chapter 723 Sister-in-law didn't drink!

"Sis!"

By the time Natalie and the others were delayed by Nora, Lucas had already arrived at the luxurious private room of the party.

Natalie asked about Lucas's recent situation.

"Barrett invited you today, right?" Natalie asked in a low voice.

Lucas nodded.

Natalie asked, "When did you become so close with him?"

Lucas thought for a moment and said, "It seems that it was after he was beaten in a game and asked me to be his practice partner... My skills are really bad, but at least better than that celebrity you met when you were on that variety show."

"...As expected, in the eyes of boys, games are a huge common topic. As long as you are good at it, you can be the big boss."

Considering the presence of other friends today, Natalie didn't chat with Lucas for too long.

The group of friends started playing various games that tested their intelligence and teamwork in no time.

Lilian studied business and literature in college and wasn't good at logic games, so she left after playing two rounds and went to play pool nearby.
"Playing alone is boring, let's make it more interesting, shall we?" someone suggested. "The loser drinks!"
"Alright!" they all agreed.
Having Natalie in the game made drinking a safer bet than losing money.
"Are we going to get our hands chopped off by Mr. Windsor if we make Natalie drink?" someone joked.
"Psh!" Barrett scoffed.
"You're so brave, Barrett. Aren't you afraid of Mr. Windsor?"
Barrett replied, "No, it's not that. I just don't think any of us have the ability to make Natalie drink."
The others remained silent.
Interrupted.
They had been alluded to.
Natalie laughed next to them. This group of people was interesting and cute.
"Is Oliver coming later?" Natalie knew Oliver had an important meeting today that would probably last a long time, as he had to accommodate European time.
"Yeah, he'll come. If you're here, brother wouldn't miss it," Barrett replied. He knew how much Oliver cared for this sharp-tongued woman, so he had already informed Oliver about the situation.
Natalie's IQ was high, and no game was difficult for her. She only enjoyed tormenting others.
After playing a few rounds, Natalie suddenly noticed Lucas, who had made an excuse to go to the restroom, had quietly left the group game and was now playing pool with Lilian on the side.
Lilian was not good at sports, not even billiards, which required no physical exertion.
Natalie saw Lucas teaching Lilian how to play pool, even helping her adjust her posture from behind.
Their hands touched?
Their hands were intertwined?
Their faces were almost touching??
Although it seemed like they were just selecting the proper stance and angle for playing pool, it was well known that playing pool was a great opportunity to flirt and pick up girls.
Natalie couldn't help but suspect that her brother's behavior now had the intention of wooing Lilian.
"Natalie, oh no! You lost!"
Natalie's momentary distraction caused her to lose the game, which was met with cheers and excitement.
This was a memorable moment, as Natalie rarely lost when playing games with them!
"Drink!"
"Drink!"
"Drink!"
Everyone cheered.
Natalie's alcohol tolerance was decent. Originally, she had been drinking juice to save herself for the trip to Tycoon City with the committee tomorrow, so having a glass of wine was no big deal.

Before she could even touch the wine glass, Casey took it away. "I'll drink it for her," Casey said.

"Oh, why like this?" Mia sighed in agreement.

Barrett raised his hand and gestured, "I forgot to mention that brother said his wife can't drink alcohol, only juice."

"Not drink alcohol?" Mia pouted. "Not drinking alcohol in the summer is such a loss!"

"If you dare to persuade Natalie to drink, Mr. Windsor will order me to stop giving you pocket money tomorrow," Ethan reminded Mia.

"That's not possible!" Mia vigorously shook her head. "If Miss Natalie drinks, she has never lost before, hehe!"

Mia's reminder made everyone suddenly realize that Natalie, this seemingly inconspicuous assistant, had never really lost in all these games, and she hadn't even had a sip of wine.

What's even scarier was that she was still reading the game rules before playing!

Several second-generation members saw the same question in each other's eyes: Were intelligent people just naturally attracted to each other?

It was almost eleven o'clock when the double doors of the private room were pushed open.

Shiying led in a person wearing trousers and a shirt.

"Brother!" Barrett, facing the door, was the first to see Oliver.

Others stood up one by one to greet Oliver.

Natalie, sitting with her back to the door, was just about to turn around to look when a pair of large hands grabbed her shoulders. She felt a wave of warmth on her back, enveloped in a familiar scent.

She slightly turned her head and saw Oliver's perfect jawline and sexy adam's apple. The first button of his shirt was already undone, revealing a hint of his collarbone.

Dangerously attractive.

"Are you done with your work?" Natalie asked Oliver.

Oliver "hmm"ed, his gaze landing on the whiskey on the table. His eyebrows furrowed slightly. "You guys drinking?"

As he spoke, his gaze swept towards Barrett.

Barrett frantically waved his hands. "No, no! We were drinking, Natalie didn't drink!"

Others nodded vigorously in agreement. Yes, yes, the sister-in-law didn't drink, only they did.

Only then did Oliver seem satisfied.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

Someone joked, "Mr. Windsor is so strict with his sister-in-law?"

"No," Oliver didn't sit down and stood behind Natalie's chair, a posture that unconsciously displayed possessiveness, enveloping Natalie in his shadow.
He said, "She can drink with me."
They cannot drink with you all.
The crowd: "...cold dog food slapped on their faces."
After half an hour, Oliver urged everyone to leave.
It was not yet twelve o'clock, and the nightlife was just beginning.
A group of night owls looked at each other, but no one dared to say "no" to Oliver.
Besides, Natalie had work tomorrow, and Lucas had classes tomorrow. They were not like this group who only wanted to graduate smoothly without failing and to inherit the family business...
With this thought, there was a bit of inferiority.
"Take care of the bill, we'll go back first." Oliver led Natalie out, and instructed the estate's servants to send those who were drinking back home, and to accommodate those who needed to stay here for rest.
As for his younger brother-in-law and cousin...
"Take him to Paykston University, and send her back to the 'Supermodel' villa." Oliver specifically instructed the servant about the whereabouts of these two people, to prevent them from accidentally ending up together.
Oliver was not feudal and didn't prohibit two greedy lovers from living together, but before Natalie knew about and accepted this, they needed to control themselves.
Lucas and Lilian suddenly remembered that Natalie was present today when Oliver mentioned this!
Married to an Ugly Husband? No!
