Chapter 323 Late Night
In the bedroom, bathed in the warm glow of a lamp, there was an air of playfulness in Natalie's smile. She moved closer, kneeling on the bed's edge with her hands resting beside him. Suddenly, she leaned over and kissed Oliver’s cheek.
Oliver, who was pretending to sleep, did not expect this. He struggled to restrain his urge to kiss her back. After a brief moment, he felt another kiss. This time, it was on the corner of his lips.
In the next instant, Natalie exclaimed in surprise. Unable to resist, Oliver had swiftly flipped her over. His expression was a little arrogant when he looked at her. Under the light, he looked very seductive.
"Have you had enough fun?" Oliver asked in a seductive and lazy voice.
After recovering from the shock, Natalie smiled playfully and brought her phone out, showing Oliver Jacob’s messages.
“I missed out on supper because of you.”
Oliver scoffed disdainfully and said, “Coward.”
‘If he weren’t ‘cowardly’, wouldn’t you have gone to him to settle scores? Didn’t you mess with his work previously?’
Shifting to lie back more comfortably, Natalie wrapped her arms around Oliver's neck, her tone light and affectionate as she said, “Thank you for coming to get me today. The flowers were beautiful. Next time you're traveling, if I'm available, I’ll come to pick you up. What do you think?"
"Are you trying to flatter me?" Oliver's gaze was piercing.
"No," Natalie replied with a laugh, "I'm just teasing you."
It seemed a foreign concept to tease the taciturn and aloof Oliver Windsor.
At this moment, it seemed like there were only the two of them in the entire world.
Oliver smiled, and his face moved closer to Natalie. She could feel his warm breath on her. He whispered, “Are you trying to seduce me?”
“I’m not!” Natalie protested, looking shocked.
Oliver chuckled and bit her lower lip before he said, “You wouldn’t admit it even if you were…”
“Continue,” Oliver added, gently tracing her face with his fingers.
“Continue what?” Natalie asked skeptically as she watched his movements. She knew things would not be so easy with him.
“Continue seducing me,” Oliver said slowly and clearly as though he was worried Natalie would not be able to understand him.
Natalie was speechless.
‘This man!’
However, she did not protest. He had waited for her at the airport for a long time today. Perhaps, she should thank him.
After a brief pause, Natalie firmly grasped his neck, lifted herself slightly, and kissed him.
A moment passed, and Natalie pulled away, asking, “Happy now?”
Natalie felt a little tired at this moment, and Oliver still maintained a gentle hold on her waist.
“Do you think I’ll be happy with just this?” Oliver asked with a burning gaze.
Before she could react, he had already leaned in and kissed her fiercely.

The night transitioned slowly, from the moment the full moon climbed high into the sky until it began its descent in the west.
It was a night filled with enchantment.
‘How could I think he was weak with such stamina and energy?’
Natalie woke up around noon, still exhausted.
Oliver, on the other hand, had already completed his morning routine and was reviewing documents on the sofa.
Upon noticing her stirring, he asked, “You’re up? Should I help you to dress up?”
“I…”
Natalie frowned, trailing off. She felt a slight discomfort in her throat.
Oliver brought her a glass of warm water, as she looked at him resentfully, thinking it was all his fault.
He pretended not to see her resentful gaze and only smiled. After all, he was indeed excessive last night.
As he helped Natalie change, he asked, “How did your audition go?”
His movements were much gentler and more skilled than before. In the past, she would not have been able to imagine such a gentle Oliver.
“I was selected for the Givenchy show, but I’m not sure about the other,” Natalie replied, “After all, I’ll need to have a certain level of fame to be hired for big shows.”
In fact, Natalie’s auditions went very well. She was among the most outstanding models during her auditions. However, her fame and resume were the worst among everyone.
It had not been half a year since she left HHY, the Watson family’s company. During this time, she had only participated in a few photoshoots and shows. As such, her fame was not that high yet.
However, Natalie was not disheartened, understanding the time it typically took to build such a reputation.
Oliver nodded, but inwardly he thought, ‘My wife isn’t famous enough to be hired?’

Jamie immediately contacted Emily and had a general understanding of the situation by the time they arrived at the headquarters of RK Group. He then summarized the most essential and crucial information to report back to Oliver.
“Natalie went for five auditions, and she secured the show for Givenchy. She also auditioned for Chloe, Chanel, Dior, and Valentino. She performed very well and was praised. Negotiations with Chloe are already underway with Emily. The person in charge at Valentino was interested in hiring Natalie, but there was only one spot left. In the end, he gave the spot to another model, who has a backer. As for the other two brands, they placed importance on a model’s resume, and Natalie doesn’t have much experience with international shows.”
