Oliver stared at Lucas with a hint of cruelty in his eyes.
Lucas laughed and said to Natalie playfully, “I was just playing with Oliver!”
Natalie sighed, unable to do anything about her little brother. In fact, she also knew her brother had targeted Oliver. As such, this would have to depend on Oliver’s attitude.
Lucas chuckled and turned to Oliver, asking, “Can’t I play around with you?”
Oliver naturally saw the defiance in Lucas’s gaze.
How could he not know that Lucas was goading him?
After a few moments, he sneered and did not say anything.
Lucas walked over with a playful smile. He rested his arm on Oliver’s shoulder as though they were good friends before he said in a voice only they could hear, “That snowball earlier was a warning. I don’t want to hear any rumors about you and other women from now on.”
Oliver glanced at Lucas, and his anger seemed to dissipate a bit because of Lucas’ words. After all, Lucas had done it because of Natalie, and he could sort of accept it.
"Let go." Oliver yanked his arm away and tidied his shirt before he said, “Natalie, let’s go. Help me wash up.”
He was naturally unhappy that his kiss was interrupted. He led Natalie away with a sour expression on his face.
"Hey!" Natalie blushed, feeling the burning gazes of Lucas and Lilian fixed on her back. She did not dare to look back at all. She muttered, “Do it yourself!”
Oliver clicked his tongue and used his free hand to raise her chin before he said, “Your brother caused trouble and interrupted us.”
“Okay, fine. I’ll help you. Just lower your voice, okay?” Natalie replied in a hushed voice, closing her eyes in embarrassment.
Inwardly, she roared, ‘Must we talk about this now? Can’t it wait until we return to our room? Don’t you feel embarrassed at all talking about such things in front of others? Forget it. There’s nothing I can do about him. If I say anything, it’s going to be even more embarrassing!’
Lilian, taken aback, exclaimed, "Are they going to shower together?”
Lucas glanced at Lilian, questioning, "What’s so strange about that?"
Lilian said, "It's clear that Oliver was with such a straight face.”
Lucas, having witnessed Oliver forcefully kissing Natalie and understanding the nature of men, only sneered.
"Lucas, will you be like that in the future?” Lilian asked curiously.
"What do you mean?" Lucas asked, feeling vigilant. He had a feeling Lilian was going to say something shocking again.
"Shower with your girlfriend." Lilian looked Lucas up and down, thinking that he looked very abstinent.
Lucas felt his head throbbing, and he clenched his teeth, saying, “Do you get dumber with each passing day? It’s common for people to become smarter with time, but you seem to be regressing!”
“How dare you say that about me?! I… I’ll tell Natalie about this! She’ll definitely take my side!”
"Whatever. I thought you had the brain of a middle-schooler, but it seems like I underestimated you. You have the brain of an elementary school kid! After all, only elementary school kids would tattle!”
Lilian felt like she was going to be driven crazy. After taking several deep breaths, her anger subsided; after all, being provoked by Lucas was neither a new nor rare occurrence. Her curiosity persisted, and she asked again, “So? Will you do it or not?”
Lucas poked Lilian on the forehead and leaned down to warn her, "You can’t just ask anyone such a question, understand?"
‘What a silly girl!’ Lilian thought.
She covered her forehead and glared at Lucas, saying, “But you’re not just ‘anyone’; you’re Lucas. That’s why I asked you!”
