Chapter 493 I Can Get Even Crazier (Part 1)
The kiss got hotter and hotter.
In the private bedroom, Gavin couldn't hold back anymore. He'd been away from her for so long, and now, with her soft body in his arms, he was overwhelmed with desire, wanting her so bad right then and there.
Molly wasn't having it. Sure, she liked him, but with their different backgrounds, she was still super conflicted.
"What's wrong? You don't want to?" Gavin gently licked the tears from the corner of her eyes and asked softly. He couldn't help himself and kissed her lips again.
Just then, fireworks lit up outside the window. Bursts of color shot up into the night sky, blooming at their peak and lighting up the darkness. Outside, people were cheering, watching the show.
Gavin held Molly, their young faces illuminated by the fireworks, looking exceptionally beautiful.
Molly stopped struggling in his arms. She stared out the window, a bit lost in thought.
Gavin whispered in her ear, "Isn't Natalie adorable? If you like her, she can be your little sister, okay?"
Molly suddenly snapped back to reality. She realized she was in his arms, her face pressed against his crisp white shirt. Looking up, she saw Gavin's handsome profile.
Molly tried to push him away, but she couldn't. Gavin even lowered his head to look at her and asked in a low voice, "Should we go out, or stay here and keep kissing?"
Molly turned her head away in embarrassment, "I choose neither."
Gavin continued to gaze at her lovingly.
It was the look of a man at a woman. In the past, they had been together, even lived together, and he had pampered her, but he had never looked at her like this.
Under such a gaze, Molly's sexual instinct quietly awakened.
Molly suddenly felt uncomfortable, and even more angry! How come Gavin could just show up whenever he felt like it, and disappear when he didn't? Now that he was here, reminiscing, was she just supposed to be at his mercy, to be played with as he pleased?
Tears welled up in Molly's eyes, and she still pushed him away.
Gavin, however, grabbed her hand. He bent down to pick up her coat from the sofa, draped it over her, and buttoned it up. "I'll take you out."
Clearly, he was familiar with the layout of the Green mansion. He led Molly down another staircase from the second floor, directly to the backyard, where his car was parked.
Molly refused to get in the car, "Gavin, are you crazy?"
He responded calmly, "If we don't leave, I can get even crazier."
Molly was so angry she slapped him.
She was usually so gentle, she must have been really furious to hit him. But her strength was so weak that it barely hurt him.
Gavin didn't touch his face, just pressed his tongue against his cheek and chuckled, "Why didn't you use more force? Feeling sorry for me?"
He gently pushed her into the car, got in himself, and quickly drove away.
At the gate, a security guard approached. "It's Gavin! Leaving already? The fun's just starting!"
Gavin rolled down the window, nodded gracefully, and took out two packs of cigarettes from the glove compartment, handing them to the guard. The guard was flattered and stammered, "Gavin, I feel bad taking your cigarettes!" Despite his words, he accepted the cigarettes.
Gavin smiled, "Thank you for your hard work!" With that, he closed the window and drove away.
The guard, holding the cigarettes, was overjoyed. After a while, he suddenly exclaimed, "Did I see that right? Was Molly in the car?"
Molly and Gavin!
The guard felt super uneasy, debating whether to report it. But he had taken Gavin's cigarettes—such good ones, too. He wouldn't have had the chance to smoke them if it weren't for Gavin!
Gavin drove far away, glancing at Molly, who sat silently beside him.
They rarely had moments like this, alone in the car. Back when they were together, they hardly went out. He usually cooked, and she didn't cling to him when she had work. When they had free time, they’d cuddle at home and watch a movie. But now, Gavin really wanted to go on a date with her.
Copenhegan was an ancient city, well-preserved, with great food.
Gavin said gently, "There's a restaurant on the next street with amazing food. Natalie mentioned it a few times. Wanna try it?"
Molly was reluctant to talk to him. She had come out with him because he had forced her.
Gavin wasn't mad. He still had the patience to pursue her. Besides, he knew her temper well. He even found her silence cute.
Gavin parked the car in a lot.
Molly didn't move from the car.
He opened the door and said softly, "Get out."
"You go eat by yourself! I don't want to get out."
Gavin laughed, "Don't be childish."
He could be quite intimidating. When he didn't care, he was indifferent, but once he was serious about pursuing someone, he was very patient. Even though he was a year younger than her, he showed much higher emotional intelligence.
Molly, looking younger, felt even less confident in front of him.
Seeing her not moving, Gavin gently pulled her out and held her in his arms.
He closed the car door with one hand.
Gavin was good-looking, dressed in a suit, driving a luxury car, and holding a girl in his arms, attracting the attention of passersby.
Molly blushed and pushed him, "Let go of me."
Gavin put his arm around her shoulder, "It's cold!"
It was indeed quite cold, with snowflakes falling. Molly was very afraid of the cold. She shrank a bit and didn't push him away.
Gavin held her as they walked, smiling, "I shouldn't have given you a coat. I should have dressed you in a little dress, then I could wrap you in my coat."
His words were affectionate, and Molly couldn't help but feel it. But she suppressed it.
Snowflakes brushed her shoulders. Walking down the old street had a unique romance. The bright lights against the dark gray walls brought some warmth to the winter.
Gavin was at ease, but Molly was afraid of being seen.
Gavin led her to a tavern, which was full of people.
Gavin didn't want Molly to sit outside, so he thought of going somewhere else. But after seeing the dishes there, Molly found she couldn't move her feet.
Gavin squeezed her hand, "Do you really want to eat here?"
He thought Molly might be a bit stubborn, but she nodded gently, "It looks delicious."
After she spoke, her eyes were a bit moist.
She was born in Copenhegan, but then moved to Syeattel at a young age. She had never tasted the food here. She wanted to try it. Because so many people were eating it, it must be delicious.
Seeing her like this, Gavin felt a pang of heartache. He gently pulled her into his arms, took out his wallet with one hand, and pulled out a wad of cash, saying to the landlord, "Set up a table outside and add a heater next to it."
The landlord, seeing the money, was delighted. He quickly said, "You really care about your girlfriend."
