Chapter 947 My Name is Bruce, I am Sienna's Husband 2

Bruce picked up the phone.

It was Sienna's private line, and anyone who had that number knew Bruce. So he answered naturally, "Hey, it's Bruce."

On the other end, Eldon was taken aback.

A man?

Eldon didn't come from a privileged background. He had managed to attach himself to a female boss, but he wasn't familiar with Seattle's elite circles. He had no idea who Bruce was; the business world and the entertainment industry were worlds apart.

Eldon assumed Bruce was a nobody.

He figured Bruce was just a loser.

So it was no surprise his wife was being kept by someone else.

Eldon's tone was reserved but dripping with insinuation, "You must be Sienna's husband! I'm Eldon, the lead actor in Sienna's current project. We had planned to go over the script together tonight, Mr. Taylor. I hope this won't interfere with your personal life! By the way, are you staying at the same hotel as the crew?"

Bruce glanced towards the bathroom.

Sienna was still showering.

He held the phone, walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, and casually unbuttoned his shirt. His tone carried a subtle chill: "Sienna and I aren't staying at the crew's hotel. But your dedication is impressive. How about coming to my hotel to go over the script? It might be more convenient."

Eldon thought he understood immediately.

Sienna had told her husband about the crew's plans. Her husband was more practical and accommodating, willing to offer his wife for Eldon's enjoyment.

Eldon sneered, looking down on Bruce.

He must be the one being kept.

Eldon said with feigned politeness, "Which hotel are you staying at?"

Bruce looked over the city, his tone indifferent, "Hilton Penthouse Suite."

Hilton Presidential Suite?

The kind that cost at least tens of thousands of dollars a night?

Eldon had stayed there once, after begging his benefactor for a long time. That night was wild, and he took dozens of photos, carefully selecting a few to share with his fans.

Of course, his benefactor didn't share them.

In the entertainment industry, Eldon's persona was that of a wealthy young man from a good family.

At this moment, Eldon didn't believe it.

Jealousy made him smile: "Alright, I'll be there as promised."

Talking to someone like this was beneath him.

Bruce hung up the phone.

As soon as he did, Sienna emerged from the bathroom. In their private time, she didn't bother changing clothes, just wearing a white bathrobe loosely draped over her slender frame.

Bruce watched her, put down the phone, and said calmly, "You had a call."

Sienna didn't think much of it.

She walked over, picked up the phone, and saw it was Eldon. The call lasted two minutes and three seconds.

She looked up, surprised. "You answered the phone?"

Bruce didn't deny it. He nodded, "Yeah, I did."

He walked to the minibar to get some water, handed it to her, and said casually, "Next time you pick a script, let me take a look first. Your judgment isn't always spot-on. This Eldon guy wants to discuss the script with you tonight."

Sienna was silent.

As they spoke, there was a knock at the door. Bruce went to open it and pushed in a room service cart.

Sienna was surprised.

He hadn't eaten either. They sat down to eat, while their son Will played on the carpet with some toys Bruce had given him, keeping him entertained for hours.

Sienna was really hungry.

She ate until she was about 60% full, then stopped and asked, "Why didn't you eat first?"

Bruce ate with good manners, savoring his food.

He smiled lightly, "I wanted to eat with you."

Sienna thought of their passionate encounter and gave him a sidelong glance, teasing softly, "Aren't you worried about low blood sugar?"

Bruce chuckled.

His eyes were bright, always watching her.

In the evening, Will had another bottle and some baby food.

Bruce put him to sleep, then came over to pick up Sienna. She was still reading the script and was startled. She naturally wrapped her arms around his neck and whispered, "Wait until tonight."

"I can't wait!"

Bruce's nose brushed against hers, a tender, intimate gesture.

The skin-to-skin contact, combined with the anticipation of what was to come, made anyone feel something. Sienna didn't resist anymore.

Alright, she would read the script later.

This time, Will didn't wake up halfway through. Bruce, having abstained for a long time, went at it three times in a row.

When they were done, it was seven in the evening. The city's neon lights filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a soft, romantic glow in the bedroom.

Sienna was exhausted, too tired to read the script, and cuddled up with her son to sleep.

Bruce stayed with them for a while, then got up to handle some work.

Just then, there was a knock at the door. Bruce closed the bedroom door, walked to the entrance, and opened it. Standing outside was a young man with a clean-cut appearance, likely the lead actor Eldon.

As Bruce sized up Eldon,

Eldon was also sizing up Bruce. He was more composed and refined than Eldon had expected, exuding an air of elite professionalism. But with a few buttons of his shirt undone, he also had a casual, husbandly vibe.

Overall, there was no hint of a kept man.

Eldon felt uncomfortable.

He looked past Bruce into the room. "Where's Sienna?"
