Chapter 909 How About Using This Place as the Bridal Chamber in the Future?
Sienna leaned against the car for a moment before asking, "So, where do you wanna eat?"
Bruce stepped closer, his voice low and teasing, "I'd love to hit up a restaurant, but I'm worried you might dump soup on me. How about we head to my place? I'm beat, but I'd still cook for you."
Sienna just stared at him, not saying a word.
Bruce, who rarely showed his softer side, felt a bit sentimental.
He gently touched her face and said, "I used to think marriage was just marriage. Never thought I'd want to spoil someone. But Sienna, I kinda want to spoil you, make you my girl, the kind who feels free to be playful with me anytime."
Sienna gave a small smile. "I gotta admit, that's pretty sweet."
She opened the door to her Cullinan. "Hop in, Mr. Taylor."
"Call me Bruce."
Bruce's gaze was intense, carrying a hint of masculine assertiveness that wasn't off-putting but rather added a certain allure.
Sienna looked at him. "You're pushing your luck, Mr. Taylor."
He rarely spoke to her like this. "You didn't seem to mind me pushing my luck when we were in bed."
Even with her usual confidence, Sienna blushed deeply.
After a moment, she got into the car. "You getting in or not? If not, I'm leaving."
Bruce quickly got in, fastening his seatbelt. "You rarely come to pick me up. How could I not get in?"
As he spoke, his voice lowered. "Not only do I want to get in the car, but I also want to get into you."
Sienna muttered a curse under her breath.
As she drove, her face still had a slight blush, giving her a charming, feminine allure.
Bruce sat beside her, and after a while, perhaps feeling very comfortable, he leaned back and fell asleep.
When he woke up, the car was parked in front of his villa.
"We're here?" His voice was husky from sleep.
Sienna nodded, unbuckling her seatbelt. "Let's have the housekeeper cook. You look exhausted."
Bruce held her hand and agreed, "Yeah, I've been working overtime for days. I'm dead tired."
Sienna didn't say anything.
She thought to herself that she wasn't really worried about him. She just didn't want a tired Bruce cooking for her, especially since his cooking wasn't that great.
It was more about the gesture than the taste. The housekeeper's cooking was much better.
Sienna opened the car door. "You should rest for a bit. I'll wander around the garden and call you when it's time to eat."
She didn't mention Anna and Jeremy, and neither did Bruce.
Bruce only gave her a quick kiss and told her to explore as she pleased while he took a nap.
Sienna watched him leave.
Before heading upstairs, Bruce went to the kitchen and instructed the housekeeper to prepare a few extra dishes, mentioning that his girlfriend was coming over for dinner.
The housekeeper, sent by Marcella from the Taylor Villa, was delighted. "Is it Miss Hawkins?"
Bruce smiled. "Yeah, it's Sienna. Make sure the food isn't too spicy; her skin breaks out easily."
The housekeeper smiled back. "Got it! I'll go buy some fresh ingredients. It's your first time bringing your girlfriend home, so it should be special."
Bruce smiled and went to change his shoes before heading upstairs.
He was indeed tired but didn't go to bed. Instead, he lay down in the home theater and put on a movie. The dim, cozy space was perfect for a nap.
Around dusk, Sienna finished her walk and went upstairs to find Bruce.
Bruce was lying on the couch, asleep.
He wore a white shirt and black casual pants, his belt neatly fastened, hinting at his well-toned abs. He had a great physique.
Sienna sat down and gently touched his abs.
She thought to herself that a big part of why she liked Bruce was because he was so good-looking.
At that moment, Bruce woke up. He opened his eyes and looked at Sienna for a while before speaking in a husky voice, "Finished your walk? Would you be happy using this place as our marital home? If not, I can get another villa."
Sienna didn't say anything.
Bruce reached out and pulled her down, kissing her gently. His voice was even softer. "Why aren't you saying anything?"
