Chapter 732 Caitlyn, Let's Get Married!

Caitlyn slowly opened her eyes.

As she gazed at him, she gently placed a hand on his to stop him from getting carried away. Landon kissed her lips tenderly and asked softly, "You don't want this, do you?"

She didn't say no, but she didn't say yes either.

She always had a bit of reserve.

After he kissed her, her lips parted slightly, her voice trembling with a seductive allure, "Someone might come! ... It's cold!"

He stared at her for a moment.

Suddenly, he picked her up and headed straight upstairs. She thought he was crazy and hit him with her hand. "What about Katelyn? She won't find us!"

He looked down at her with a soft voice, "What about me? We're already like this... don't you feel sorry for me?"

He said such shameless things and made her look at him... she felt embarrassed and simply closed her eyes.

Her long hair cascaded over his arm, adding a touch of feminine allure.

He glanced down at her, then looked up at the window at the stairway's turn. The fine snow outside, like silver needles, pricked at his heart, making it itch with an unbearable sensation.

Finally, he carried her into the master bedroom, where the curtains were drawn.

The room was pitch dark.

As he laid her on the bed, he gently pressed down to kiss her, his warm hand softly caressing her face. "Do you want to see the snow? I can open the curtains."

"No!"

Her voice came out in fragments as she held onto his arm, realizing his shirt was unbuttoned and his sweater was gone. She touched his warm skin, feeling the heat spread to her heart.

She panted lightly, "Katelyn will come looking for us."

She knew his desire was strong and feared he wouldn't stop. So she wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face in his neck... this intimate embrace was something they hadn't shared in a long time.

She knew what this meant.

He had been somewhat hesitant, but now, with her clinging to him like a kitten, how could he not soften?

He mimicked her, holding her close, switching positions so she lay on top of him.

He didn't do anything, just gently stroked her back.

It was like soothing her.

After a long while, he whispered in her ear, "Caitlyn, don't you want this? It's been so long since we've been together."

Her face flushed in the darkness.

Of course, she wanted to make love. She was a normal woman, and they used to be together all the time.

But she had her concerns.

She didn't say it, but he guessed. His voice became even softer and more tender, "Should I take care of you like last time?"

She said no, holding his arm gently, her face burning as she mustered the courage to whisper, "Just hold me for a while. Later, you can spend some time with her. She misses you, even if she doesn't say it."

As she finished speaking, the bedroom lights suddenly turned on.

She quickly closed her eyes, but Landon held her, lying on his side. He propped his head up with one hand and gently stroked her face with the other, admiring her aroused expression.

Caitlyn couldn't resist him like this. She felt embarrassed, but when she gazed at his eyes, she couldn't help but give in. She leaned in to kiss him, whispering, "Later, okay?"

Landon didn't say anything, just looked at her.

After a moment, he held her again, pressing her beneath him to kiss her...

"Daddy, Daddy." Katelyn's voice echoed from the stairs.

Caitlyn grabbed his hair, stopping him from kissing her.

Landon first buried his face in her neck, chuckling softly, then rolled to the side to calm down. He said gently, "You stay here. I'll take care of her and come back."

Caitlyn felt uneasy, but when she went to the bathroom to clean up, she realized she was a mess.

She had no choice but to give up.

The Christmas Eve snow continued to fall.

Landon went downstairs.

His footsteps echoed steadily in the stairway. He didn't just brush Katelyn off; he spent almost two hours with her, putting her to sleep before returning to the master bedroom.

Caitlyn was on the phone with Eden.

"You're not coming back, I know."

Landon hugged her from behind, resting his chin on her slender shoulder, silently listening to her talk. He could also hear Eden's voice on the phone.

Caitlyn glanced at him, quickly said a few more words, and hung up.

Landon tightened his arms around her, asking softly, "Did your mom give her approval?"

He always spoke shamelessly, deliberately hitting her soft spot. Caitlyn didn't want to respond, but Landon didn't let go. He held her and led her to the floor-to-ceiling window, pressing her against it to kiss her.

Their kisses grew more intense, their emotions chaotic.

The curtains suddenly opened, revealing the neon lights and falling snow outside, as if they were drifting into Caitlyn's heart. Landon pressed his lips to hers and whispered, "Caitlyn, let's spend every Christmas Eve together from now on, okay?"

Her delicate body pressed against the window, feeling utterly ashamed.

Caitlyn thought, "Who else is like him?"

But Landon pulled out a large, sparkling diamond ring from his pocket... he didn't propose, just knelt on one knee, holding her slender hand to slip the ring onto her finger.

It fitted perfectly.

She wore it, shining brilliantly.

Landon leaned in to kiss her, not getting up immediately but maintaining that position for a while. He said nothing, yet it felt like he said everything.

In the dim light, a tear slid down her cheek.

It was a compromise, and also past grievances.

"Don't cry! Caitlyn... don't cry."

He held her gently, kissing away her tears, soothing her like he did with Katelyn, "I won't make you sad anymore."

She wrapped her slender arms around his neck, finally letting go of her inner turmoil after six long months.

Landon was a passionate man, playful, but now he only wanted to treat her with the utmost respect and tradition. He carried her back to the soft bed, treating her tenderly... in those moments of pleasure, he watched every change in her expression, giving her more emotion than ever before.

In the most difficult moments, he whispered in her ear, "Caitlyn, let's get married!"

Her body trembled.

After a long while, she came to her senses and opened her misty eyes. She looked at the man she had loved and hated for so many years, tears sliding down her cheeks again.

Landon had endless patience with her.

He wiped away her tears, speaking softly, "I won't hurt you anymore. I'll be devoted to you."

She trembled, unable to speak.

He continued, "If I treat you badly, you can take everything and leave with Katelyn, never let me find you, make me a beggar!"

Caitlyn sobbed.

She didn't speak, but he knew her heart. He couldn't help but intertwine their fingers... leaning down to kiss her.

The night was long, and they had endless time to play their love games.
