Chapter 930 Sienna, Is Kissing and Touching Not Allowed Either? 1
Sienna asked softly, "What do you want to talk about?"
Bruce looked at her for a long moment, then said gently, "Let's talk about us, our future, Sienna. Can we?"
He was calm, almost like he was discussing business at the office, but with a touch of tenderness.
The bedroom was bathed in warm, yellow light.
Little Will was sleeping soundly, looking sweet and adorable.
Sienna glanced at Will and guessed what Bruce wanted to discuss.
She didn't refuse and said lightly, "Let's go to the study."
But Bruce replied, "Let's talk in the media room. The study feels too formal. Sienna, we're husband and wife, not boss and employee."
Sienna gave a faint smile.
Bruce called the housekeeper to watch over little Will, then led Sienna to the media room.
He went to the study to fetch a document he had prepared.
In the media room, Sienna sat quietly.
She put on a movie, coincidentally one they had watched before. She felt a bit dazed, but it wasn't nostalgia.
Bruce stood at the door, watching for a while before saying, "The ending of this movie isn't great. Let's switch to something a bit more cheerful."
Sienna turned off the media player and looked up at him. "I don't want to watch anything."
Bruce walked in and sat beside her. He handed her the document and, as she read it, his voice was slightly hoarse.
"Sienna, let's give it another try. One year. If after a year you still want a divorce, this signed agreement will be valid anytime. Little Will will be the heir to the Taylor Group, and I'll provide financial support. Sienna, if you don't want my love, maybe all I can offer is money. I hope you understand."
Sienna read the agreement twice.
It was indeed beneficial for her.
But she knew in her heart that their feelings had faded. They were staying together mainly for the sake of their child and their elders.
Bruce didn't want a divorce, and he probably didn't have the energy or time to find another wife.
She felt the same way.
Sienna didn't agree immediately. She closed the document and said softly, "I need to think about it."
Bruce didn't say anything.
He looked at her intently.
After a while, he spoke again, "Sienna, when I talk about marriage, I mean not just responsibilities and obligations, but also feelings. I admit, your rejection made me feel hopeless, even considering divorce. But can we try again, see if we can fall in love with each other again?"
Sienna felt a pang of sadness.
Her pale fingers gently stroked the papers. She said to him, "Bruce, when I loved you the most, you wouldn't marry me. After that, many times it felt like we were just making do. Let me think about it."
She wanted to sleep in the media room, but Bruce disagreed.
He said, "You can't sleep here!"
Despite their strained relationship, he picked her up and carried her to the master bedroom.
He said he would sleep in the guest room and let her sleep with little Will, seemingly forgetting about the housekeeper's presence.
The door opened, and the housekeeper saw them, feeling a bit awkward.
The housekeeper blushed and said, "I'll head downstairs."
She quietly went downstairs and discreetly called Raymond, saying Bruce and Sienna were getting cozy, seemingly reconciled!
At the door, Bruce put Sienna down.
Sienna was a bit cold, "Don't do this again."
"Don't do what?"
Bruce gently closed the door and locked it, asking calmly.
Before Sienna could answer, he pressed her against the door.
The lights went out, and something warm kissed her lips, then passionately intertwined with her tongue.
She had come quickly, her clothes were loose.
Bruce's large hand easily slipped inside, urgently caressing her.
He hadn't been with a woman for nearly two years, naturally he wanted her.
But sensing her body stiffen, he whispered hoarsely against her, "Isn't kissing and touching okay? Sienna, I won't do anything else."
