He finally spoke up, "Bruce, you've always made things easy for your mom and me, whether it was school or your career. You've always outdone yourself!"

"Even if this is just a temporary fix, your mom and I still want you to have a happy and fulfilling marriage, not just a superficial one where you both go your separate ways."
Bruce felt touched, "Dad, I really like her."
Lonnie sighed, "But does she really like you now? If things don't go well after the wedding, what will you do?"
Bruce reassured him, "I'll make sure to take care of Sienna."
Lonnie could see that Bruce truly liked Sienna.
Later, the Hawkins family and the Taylor family had multiple discussions.

She told the servant, "Ask Sienna to come downstairs. Tell her that her dad and I need to talk to her."
The servant quickly went upstairs to call her.
