Chapter 926 Sienna, Actually You've Always Blamed Me!

Compared to Bruce, Sienna seemed way more chill.

Early in the morning, she came over to hold Will.

She had just gotten up and hadn't washed up yet. Her long hair was loose, and she was still wearing a silk robe-style nightgown.

Her figure was as slender as before, but now it seemed a bit fuller.

From Bruce's perspective as a man, she was very alluring.

He was surprised for a moment, then snapped back to reality.

He seemed to have forgotten that they were still legally married, so she had no need to cover up in front of him.

But he couldn't figure out her intentions. Was she looking to satisfy some physical need?

Last night, she had asked if he had someone in his life, but he hadn't asked her the same question.

When Sienna reached for Will, Bruce grabbed her slender wrist.

He was a man, and he was straightforward. "You wanna hook up?"

Sienna was a bit taken aback.

She looked at Will in her arms, his chubby little body nestled against Bruce, and thought it was surprising that as a father, he could still be thinking about this.

She straightforwardly told Bruce, "No! I'm not in the mood."

It wasn't that she was repulsed by him or had some sort of moral high ground; she just wasn't in the mood.

This answer made Bruce more uncomfortable than if she had said she didn't want to have sex with him.

He didn't push it. He threw off the covers and got up, inevitably letting Sienna see his awkwardness.

He stood boldly by the bed getting dressed, and as he zipped up his pants and fastened his belt, he pulled hard and said hoarsely, "It's a normal physiological reaction."

Sienna couldn't help but mock him, "These past two years must have been really tough for you!"

Bruce's gaze deepened.

After a moment, he softened his tone and said, "I'm taking Will back today. Come with me. The kid will be uneasy in an unfamiliar place."

His attitude was sincere, and after thinking it over, Sienna agreed.

Over the past two years, she had experienced hope and disappointment. Now, she was no longer easily swayed by emotions.

Seeing Bruce again didn't stir much in her heart. The feelings from the past seemed truly gone.

While Sienna was washing up, a pair of arms wrapped around her from behind.

It was Bruce.

He not only held her but also pressed his face against her neck.

This was the first time they were truly alone together.

He leaned close to her neck and asked gently, "Do you really want to divorce me?"

Men always have needs.

They hadn't seen each other for two years. She had no feelings for him, but he did for her.

He couldn't help but hold her, but he restrained himself from going further.

As Sienna brushed her teeth, she said, "I still have toothpaste in my mouth! Bruce, you're really not picky, just like back then..."

She wanted to mention Freya.

But then she thought it was pointless to bring up someone who had passed away.

Bruce guessed who she wanted to mention.

After a moment of silence, he said, "Sienna, you know, you always blame me. But in our marriage, it's not just me who can't let go of what happened with Freya. It's you too. You say you don't care, but your attitude and decisions are all influenced by it. Because Freya died, you think I would be sad and neglect you, so you decided to neglect me first!"

"I'm not shirking responsibility. It's just that I don't want a divorce! If we don't talk about this, we'll never get anywhere. Sienna, you're angry with me, but you can't let go. We only reached a dead end, and that's why you wanted to go abroad."

"Now that Will is here, I know I've failed, but can you give me another chance?"

Sienna was silent.

After a while, she softly asked him to let go, but Bruce didn't comply.
