Ophe and Addison arranged to meet at the coffee shop downstairs at Parks Corporation.
Since it was during work hours, Addison had to find time to meet Ophe.
Ophe arrived at the coffee shop and waited for a while before Addison slipped out and said, "Ophe, I'm sorry. The Planning Department has been overloaded lately, and they have been strict. I almost couldn't get away. After you left the department, everyone has been working overtime for almost a month."
Ophe casually asked, "Is there that many things?"
Addison complained, "The company hired a planning department manager who was a well-connected individual, but he has no ability. He only knows how to please Niamh, so everyone has to work overtime."

Addison only mentioned these things after Ophe left the company.
"Addison, has Niamh returned to the company again?"

"She has," Addison said. "This time, I heard that the chairman wants to cultivate her and groom her to take over in the future. It's great to be born into the right family. She doesn't need to work hard, and she's already at the top of the pyramid."

"I indeed understand." Addison cautiously returned to the topic. "Ophe, can you tell me why you asked about Tobias? What are you trying to find out?"

Ophe did not answer but changed the subject. "Addison, I remember you wanted to change jobs before. If you have any other ideas, I can help connect you with someone. The salary will definitely be higher than what you're making now."
"Regardless of which company I switch to, it's all the same. I'm used to working at Parks Corporation, so talking about changing jobs is just talk," Addison said. Ophe needed to hire a manager anyway, so she thought it would be better to hire someone she knew.
