Ophelia's doubts deepened, and on the other end of the phone, Caspian said, "Should I offer more?"
"How did Moonlight Gate refuse you?" Ophelia asked curiously. "What was their reason for not taking the order?"
Caspian replied over the phone, "They didn't give a reason, just said they wouldn't take it. I initially offered ten million dollars, then doubled it. I even tried to provoke them, but they still wouldn't take the order. I'm puzzled too. They'd have to be fools to not take this order. Or maybe the person behind harming Finnegan is so influential that even they don't dare to investigate."
Ophelia pondered for a moment and said, "Give me the contact information. By the way, do you know the name of the founder behind Moonlight Gate, or have any photos related to it?"
After saying this, Ophelia felt it was a pointless question. Information about a behind-the-scenes assassin organization wouldn't be so easily accessible.
Sure enough, Caspian said, "I don't know. You're putting me in a tough spot. By the way, Tate is in the underworld. We can let her help."
"Send the contact information to my phone first." Ophelia didn't mention that Tate had left City N or that Tate was part of Moonlight Gate.
She planned to contact Moonlight Gate herself. The reason provided by the Moonlight Gate didn't seem plausible to her. Moonlight Gate was one of the top organizations in the underworld, and there must be a reason to refuse twenty million dollars just to find someinformation.
Ophelia thought of Tate's hesitation at the time. Tate must know the reason behind this.
After hanging up with Caspian, she tried to contact Tate, but the number was already not available.

She sent out the message to test Moonlight Gate's reaction.
Ophelia didn't use her current account but another private account she had from her school days, also to test Moonlight Gate's capabilities.
This private account was a gift from Magnus.
Given that Magnus was dead, so even if Moonlight Gate found out, it wouldn't matter.
The email was sent, and the short message caused a stir at Moonlight Gate.

When Moonlight Gate's information department saw the message looking for Nine, they were stunned and immediately uploaded the order to Moonlight Gate's leader.
Aria happened to be in charge of such matters.
Shewas shocked when she saw the message. 'Someone dared to investigate Nine?' she thought.
Aria immediately found Lloyd. "Master, someone is offering a hundred million dollars to find you."
"Find me?" Lloyd was puzzled.
This was the first time someone had offered a hundred million dollars to find him.
Aria handed the order to Lloyd and said, "We've already traced the sender. This person died a few months ago, and this account is over a decade old."
Lloyd found it particularly interesting. If it were aimed at him, they wouldn't place the order through Moonlight Gate. But if not, they wouldn't deliberately hide and use a dead person's account.
'Could this person not know I'm Nine? he thought.

"Yes," Aria replied and left.
Ophelia received a response that Moonlight Gate had accepted the order. She wasn't surprised and, as per the rules, paid the deposit and set a deadline.
After completing all this, Ophelia fell into silence. She looked into the distance, missing Finnegan. As time passed, she became less worried.
She believed in her heart that Finnegan was fine.
If Finnegan were really in Niamh's hands, Niamh's unrequited love for himwould prevent her from harming him, but his chastity might be at risk.
