Chapter 583 Hunters Appear as Prey
Just now, while Ophelia and Jesse were talking, Niamh had quietly grabbed a baseball bat from the nearby cabinet.
Niamh didn't think about why there was a baseball bat there. She just wanted to control Ophelia and prevent her from calling the police.

Jesse had no way to deal with Niamh, and Ophelia's existence indeed threatened Niamh's safety.
Niamh's words moved Jesse. If they got rid of Ophelia, he and Niamh would be safe.

Niamh's insult to Dovie made Ophelia furious. "You ran over Sybil with a car, poisoned my mom, and killed Seraphina. What else wouldn't you dare to do? Today, I fell into your hands because I was careless and stupid. But before I die, I want to know the truth. Was my mom really poisoned by you?"
