Chapter 626 Surrender

Raymond was shocked when he heard that Tate remembered everything. He looked at her seriously and said, "Tay, is it true?"

Tate nodded. "You said our Stewart family can distinguish right from wrong, and you trusted me. I should repay your kindness. I joined Moonlight Gate a long time ago but I don't remember the exact time. I only remember the brutal training, winning again and again, and surviving. In the Moonlight Gate training camp, there are countless people like me, and countless skeletons buried there."

Tate spoke calmly about her past, and Raymond sat down, listening quietly without urging her.

Tate continued, "The Moonlight Gate headquarters should have changed by now. Every year, the master changes the headquarters because he trusts no one. Assassins from the Moonlight Gate training camp can't find their way back without guidance. Also, everyone in Moonlight Gate is given a drug from a young age, and only the master has the antidote, which he distributes based on performance."

"Have you been drugged too?" Raymond was only concerned about Tate's health.

Tate nodded. "According to the previous cycle, I should have had a reaction long ago, but I haven't, which I find very strange."

"Who is this founder, and what is his purpose?" Raymond asked, "Where is he now?"

"Lloyd," Tate said seriously. "Raymond, you must already know this person. He is Finnegan's uncle. I don't know where he is now."

"So it really is him." Raymond frowned. "You know Moonlight Gate and I hope you can provide more clues about its industry chain, such as where its goods come from, and where they go."

Moonlight Gate not only made money by training assassins but also had many other industries, each of which was enough to send Lloyd in jail.

Tate had long wanted to leave Moonlight Gate, but she couldn't escape and didn't trust the police to dismantle Moonlight Gate.

After meeting Raymond, she was willing to reveal everything.

Tate suddenly remembered something and said, "Lloyd will have a deal with some underworld people on the third of next month. I overheard this in the lab."

At that time, she was treated as a test subject and heard this information in a daze, but she wasn't sure if it was true.

Raymond was very excited and asked, "Where is the location?"

"Raven's Peak."

The next day, Aria surrendered.

When this news reached Tate, she wasn't surprised.

She had asked Raymond about Aria's situation. Even if she won't be sentenced to death, she would spend the rest of her life in prison.

Tate felt a twinge of frustration. Both she and Aria had always yearned for freedom. Now, despite Aria's escape from Moonlight Gate, she was destined to remain imprisoned forever, no different from before.

Aria came clean about her past actions and made it clear they had nothing to do with Tate.

An hour after Aria surrendered, Tate also went to the police station to surrender when Raymond had just finished the interrogation.

Seeing Tate, Raymond pulled her aside and asked, "Tate, what are you doing?"

"Raymond, I'm surrendering," Tate said calmly. "Let me serve three to five years in prison. It will give me some peace of mind. I hope you will act impartially."

Even though Aria hadn't exposed Tate, she couldn't fully savor her newfound freedom.

 Tate's words left Raymond speechless.

"Tate, I have a way to protect you. You are a victim."

"When a victim picks up a knife, she becomes an assailant," Tate said calmly. "Raymond, please let me do this."

She didn't want to drag Raymond down.

Tate said, "Don't admit I'm your sister, and don't tell anyone in the Stewart family that I'm the lost Sandra. The Stewart family shouldn't be tarnished because of me, and I don't want to be its stain."

She didn't want her parents to see her in such a miserable state.

Raymond stared at Tate for a while before finally compromising. He told his colleague waiting nearby, "Take her away."

"Thank you," Tate said calmly as she followed the police to the interrogation room.

Just as Tate was being taken away, Ophelia arrived.

After boss's baby, she Escape
