Chapter 304 Reputation Ruined
Rhodes saw his father and, overwhelmed with emotions, immediately burst into tears, crying, "Dad."
Rhodes was crouching in the bathtub, which was filled with lots of ice cubes, and the water was very cold.
Wade doted on his youngest daughter the most. Seeing his daughter suffering like this, he felt heartbroken, asking, "How are you feeling? Are you feeling any better?"
"I'm not uncomfortable as before anymore." Rhodes still didn't dare to get up, so she could only continue soaking.
Finnegan walked up to Ophelia. The couple exchanged a simple look as to share information.

Wade heard that his daughter was fine and then said to Ophelia, "Mrs. Abbott, thank you so much. If it weren't for you, Rhodes would have been in trouble. The consequences would have been unimaginable. I must find out who harmed my daughter."
The girl's reputation was very important, especially since she was his most beloved daughter.
Ophelia politely replied, "I just happened to get involved.."
Rhodes, crouching in the bathtub, gratefully said to Ophelia, "Ophelia, thank you. Otherwise, I would be ruined."
Because of this incident, Rhodes regarded Ophelia as a lifesaver, which led their relationship to grow closer.
Wade asked, "Rhodes, do you know who harmed you? What did you eat or drink?"
Rhodes recalled, "I had a drink tonight, that glass of red wine. After I drank it, I felt really unwell. It was brought to me by a waiter."
Wade was furious. "I'll immediately access the surveillance footage and identify the person."
Just as Wade was about to secretly access the surveillance footage to identify and deal with the person involved in the incident, suddenly, there was a commotion outside, accompanied by the screams of a girl.
Something happened outside.
Ophelia and Finnegan exchanged a glance while Wade and Rhodes also locked eyes.
The sound was heard from Room 306, where Rhodes just took a break.
Wade said, "Rhodes, you stay here for now. I'll go out and take a look."
Out of concern for his daughter's reputation, Wade prevented Rhodes from appearing.
Finnegan also asked Ophelia to stay, and he and Wade went out to take a look.
Many guests were standing outside in the hallway. Finnegan only found out what had happened when he walked out.

The man was Ricky, who had been a friend of Niamh before.
Ricky calmly put on his pants and pointed at Niamh, who was covered by a blanket, saying, "We are in love with each other."
Ricky didn't know it was Niamh as he didn't even see her face just now. Niamh's mouth was covered by Ricky so she didn't have a chance to speak.
Delaney brought several friends to catch Rhodes cheating, wanting to ruin her reputation.
This was all Delaney's doing. She knew Ricky was famous for being a womanizer among the wealthy crowd. As Rhodes was good-looking, Ricky was slightly seduced by Delaney, and fell for it.
Delaney had yet to see who was inside. She saw clothes scattered on the floor, then glanced at Niamh, who was covering her head with a blanket. Thinking it was Rhodes inside, she felt very pleased.
In the crowd, Ricky's rumored girlfriend, feeling angry, arrived upon hearing the news and accused, "Ricky, you have hurt me so much. I want to see which woman dares to seduce my man."
The angry girlfriend approached and tried to pull the blanket out, but Niamh tightly held onto it and refused to let go.
Niamh, who was hiding under the blanket, was terrified. She covered her face with the blanket, crying silently, too scared to make a sound.
Ricky did not stop her. He also thought it was Rhodes inside and was willing to let everyone realize what Rhodes really was so that the wealthy crowd would know that Rhodes was his woman.
Only Wade and Finnegan knew that the person inside was not Rhodes. They also didn't know who it would be, calmly watching this farce.
Niamh desperately clutched the blanket to her face. His girlfriend, who was not one to be trifled with, ruthlessly kicked Niamh in the leg and, taking advantage of hers injury, yanked the blanket away.
Immediately, Niamh, wearing only her underwear, appeared in front of everyone.
The crowd was taken aback as they caught sight of Niamh's face.
Delaney was also surprised to ask, "Niamh, how could it be you?"
'Where is Rhodes ?'
'Shouldn't it be Rhodes?' She confused.
"Niamh?" Ricky was also surprised, a hint of panic flashing across his face. "It's you!"
