Chapter 265 Ethan Gives All the Shares to Justin

On the way back, Wilson took off her black glasses and muttered softly, "Mr. Cunningham seems to get angry whenever he sees my glasses."

"Pay no attention to him, you look good in them," Ethan lied without batting an eye.

Wilson's eyes were too beautiful. Ethan didn't want Nolan to see them.

Wilson obediently nodded.

Ethan smirked, Wilson was too well-behaved and gentle.

"Wilson, you can be willful with me," Ethan took the opportunity to kiss Wilson's head while they were waiting at a red light.

Wilson blushed and whispered, "Why should I be willful?"

Ethan squeezed Wilson's hand. "You can cry if you're in a bad mood, vent your anger on me if you're upset. Basically, you don't have to repress hold yourself back in front of me."

Wilson remained silent for a long time, her eyes revealing panic and confusion. Could she really do this?

She had experienced too much during her five years in prison. She had been worn down, all her sharp edges have been smoothed away. She dared not trust people, dared not cry, and even dared not breathe too heavily. She had almost become nothing more than dust.

"Ethan, if you knew about my past and experiences, you would despise me," Wilson said softly.

Ethan tightened his grip on Wilson's hand. He had investigated Wilson's past and knew about the suffocating experiences that others couldn't even approach. Wilson had persisted through it all. He had been waiting for her to truly open up and be willing to tell him about those haunting memories. But as long as Wilson didn't speak, he would never bring it up himself. He feared he would triggerring something in Wilson.

Wilson dared not tell Ethan how many times she had desperately attempted suicide, how many treatments she had gone through, and the extent of the abuse she had suffered. She had once lived a life that was worse than death, with no hope for the future. She only wanted to leave the prison and protect Justin, to whom she was deeply devoted to. She was even willing to cooperate with that person and get close to Ethan. So far, she hadn't done anything to betray Ethan. But Wilson knew that the man she was working with was a ticking time bomb. He had a hold over her, using her painful past as a threat. How much longer could she hold on?

"You will always have me in your future," Ethan said, feeling guilty for the life Wilson had missed out on. But from now on, he would never let her go. He would never allow her to escape easily.

"What are your chances with Westing's project? Do you need my help?" Ethan changed the topic.

Wilson shook her head. "No, I am confident in dealing with Evan."

If Wilson really wanted to go against the Wilson Family, Evan was would never be her match. Wilson had thought about her past feelings, but still hadn't made a move.

Now, she had repaid the Wilson Family for their kindness towards her.

"Alright," Ethan nodded. "Evan is such a fool, he's really easy to handle."

Wilson chuckled, looking at Ethan. "Do you trust me?"

"With my intelligent wife, I am very confident," Ethan said proudly.

Wilson felt warm inside. She carefully reached out and took Ethan's hand in hers.

Her ears turned slightly red, and she nervously looked out of the window.

When Ethan held her hand, she didn't feel as nervous as she did just now.

She was about to pull her fingers back, but Ethan held onto them.

Both of them stayed silent, quietly listening to the music and enjoying the view outside the car window.
Silverlight City was a bustling city, even more vibrant at night. After leaving the Wilson Family, Wilson felt out of place in this city, it felt unfamiliar and cold.

Looking back now, she was grateful that she had met Ethan.

"Do you ever think about changing your name?" Ethan whispered.

Wilson fell silent and shook her head. "I don't know what I should be called."

She had considered changing her name. But the surname White didn't feel like it belonged to her. She didn't know what she should be called or what her last name should be.

Ethan clenched his teeth, wishing he could slap himself. He shouldn't have brought up the idea of changing her name. He should help Wilson find her biological parents first.

"I'll have Liam take care of the name change for Justin in the next few days. Would you agree to have him share my last name?" Ethan thought about changing Justin's name first.

Wilson's eyes turned slightly red. "That would be too much trouble."

Ethan didn't really have to take on the responsibility of raising someone else's child. Although it wouldn't be difficult for him, Wilson would feel guilty, knowing she owed him so much.

"We are husband and wife, Justin is my son," Ethan said seriously.

Wilson bit her lip. "Why suddenly change Justin's name?"

"Annabelle and Daniel are getting engaged. Which means Daniel is forging an alliance with the Cunningham's Family. Howard will definitely rush to sue me for shares," Ethan looked at Wilson. "He can't take away all the shares. The remaining shares are useless to me. I want to transfer them to Justin's name first."

Ethan planned to give Justin the shares of Stellar Enterprises. He wanted to infuriate Howard. Justin was just a child, Howard and Claire wouldn't be afraid of a five-and-a-half-year-old child. He would not let Daniel take everything that belongs to him.

Wilson was taken aback, looking at Ethan. "Ethan, think about it again. If you give the shares to Justin, what if..."

What if she ran away with Justin?

Ethan laughed. "I will have nothing left, would you and Justin abandon me?"

Wilson vigorously shook her head. "No, we wouldn't."

"Then don't stop me," Ethan looked at Wilson earnestly.

Wilson's eyes welled up with tears as she nodded. "Okay."

This would help Ethan. Once the dispute within the Douglas family was settled, Wilson would have Justin return the shares to Ethan.

The Douglas Residence.

Daniel sat angrily on the couch. "I cannot marry Annabelle," he said angrily.

After going out to drink for a few days, he came back to be informed that he was engaged to Annabelle.

"Shut up!" Claire warned Daniel. "She is the Cunningham Family's heiress, the one I fought so hard to get. Ethan, that idiot, didn't want her, so you have to marry her!"

Daniel squeezed his hands tightly. "Why have you always interfered in my life from childhood to adulthood? I don't agree! There are too many misunderstandings between Wilson and me, I am going to find Wilson!"

Daniel had the courage to speak up tonight while under the influence of alcohol.

Smack! Claire slapped Daniel. "Snap out of it! All of you have lost your minds because of Wilson!"
Daniel blushed, and lowered his head, and remaining silent.

"Let me tell you, Daniel, if Ethan gains everything from the Douglas Family, do you think he will spare us? You, me, and Lisa, we will all be kicked out! If you want to be trampled under someone's feet, then go ahead and try!"
