Chapter 513 Dean's Embarrassment

Cordelia felt amazing, almost like it was payback for Willian. "A virgin who had a kid before meeting you? What do you call that? A miracle?"

She kept mocking him, taking the chance to ridicule him after years of feeling wronged. "Willian, who said I was promiscuous and couldn't even compare to a third of your precious Sophia?"

Willian got out of the car, furious, and glared at Sophia. "Bitch!"

Sophia felt a pang of guilt but quickly regained her confidence, remembering Richard was Arnold's son. "Willian, you were delusional. I never said I hadn't had a child."

Willian was livid. She didn't say she hadn't had a child, but she did say she hadn't been in a relationship!

"You're utterly shameless, Sophia. Only now do I see who you really are." Trembling with anger but trying to keep his cool, he pointed at her. "Come back tonight and explain everything."

In front of Arnold, Willian tried to appear composed.

But Sophia had enough of being treated like a maid by Willian. She laughed sarcastically. "Willian, do you really think you're something special? You're nothing without the Cunningham famil. If it were not for Cordelis, you would've lost everything long ago!"

Willian's face changed, and his breathing quickened.

But with Cordelia and Arnold there, he didn't want to be humiliated.

"Bitch, you're just a plaything," he spat coldly, looking at Arnold and then at Cordelia. "Are you satisfied now?"

Cordelia shrugged. "Not quite. It'd be even better if I knew the daughter you treasure isn't even yours."

Willian was almost driven mad. "Don't involve the children in adult matters!"

Cordelia couldn't hold back and slapped him. "Yes, don't involve the children. When my Jasmine was taken away, she was just a child!"

Willian was silent, his face burning with pain and embarrassment.

Cordelia had always overshadowed him, and now he was being ridiculed by both her and Arnold.

He glared at Sophia with resentment and snorted.

Now, Sophia thought he was worthless, so she turned to curry favor with Arnold.

"From now on, take your things and get out of my place. I won't let you see my daughter again," Willian warned Sophia and walked away.

Sophia didn't care; she only cared if Richard would listen to her and support her.

Cordelia watched Sophia closely. She seemed confident, as if she really could prove she had a child with Arnold.

And Arnold seemed equally sure Sophia was lying. They were both so confident.

As for Willian, he cared too much about his image. Though he seemed calm, his heart was in turmoil.

All these years, Willian had flaunted Sophia's 'gentleness, kindness, and dependence on him' to show off his status in the Cunningham family.

Seeing Willian leave, Arnold's eyes darkened. Those who are pitied often deserve their fate, and Willian was a prime example.

He had married an amazing woman but constantly hurt her because she was more capable than him, even letting other women harm his wife and kids.

"Arnold, I have been forced to be with Willan all these years," Sophia said, her eyes reddening as she started her act. "I left Silverlight City and went to the Muskow, where I was destitute and had to work in a club, and Willian forced me."

Cordelia sneered. "You really are shameless."

Sophia frowned, her gaze darting between Cordelia and Arnold. "Arnold, we're here for a paternity test. Why did you bring her? She's an outsider."

Arnold shot her a cold glance and quickly distanced himself, walking behind Cordelia.

Sophia's face twisted in anger. She snorted and entered the testing center.

Cordelia was there to watch the drama, relishing the chance to needle Sophia.

Today, Sophia and Willian had completely fallen out, and Sophia had no way out.

Cordelia knew Willian well. Sophia had embarrassed him in public today, and he would never give her another chance.

"Mr. Sanders, you and your wife can wait in the lounge for three hours," the testing center staff said with a smile, welcoming Arnold and Cordelia.

The staff clearly misunderstood, thinking Arnold and Cordelia were a couple.

Sophia, following behind, said angrily, "How did you see that they are a couple?"

The staff was stunned and looked nervously at Arnold.

Arnold, in a good mood, waved his hand. "She's mentally unstable; don't mind her."

Sophia looked at Arnold, humiliated, her face pale and embarrassed.

But she quickly adjusted her mindset. When the test results came out, she wanted to see if Arnold could remain as calm as he was now.

According to Karen, when Alex found out he had a son, he was so excited that he ignored Evelina. Arnold, who was also unmarried and childless, would surely be even more thrilled and excited to know he had a son.

Sophia believed she could use a son to bind Arnold to her.

"Haven't you been resting well lately?" Arnold ignored Sophia and focused on Cordelia, asking gently.

Cordelia remained cold and indifferent, ignoring Arnold.

She was just there to watch the drama and to mock Willian.

"Are you hungry? Should I ask them to get you something to eat?" Arnold asked.

Cordelia frowned, finding him annoying.

He used to be so cold and silent when he was a bodyguard.

Arnold, undeterred, kept smiling and talking to Cordelia, even though she didn't respond.

Sophia wanted to join in but couldn't.

She looked at Cordelia with jealousy, gritting her teeth. She couldn't understand what was so special about this unromantic woman that made Arnold so captivated.

After waiting on the couch for three hours, the expedited test results were ready.

The person in charge came in with a sealed envelope and looked at Arnold. "Mr. Sanders, the test results are out."

Sophia smirked confidently.

Cordelia was there to watch the drama. Sophia couldn't let her have her way.
