Chapter 1121 No Criminal Will Admit Their Crime
After Charles threw out his question, Quentin and Lisa went silent again.
Lisa and Quentin exchanged a glance, then both turned to look at Austin, who was being held down in a chair.

Before he could figure out the meaning behind the smile, Charles turned to Lassie, "What do you think?"
Lassie rubbed her aching temples, closed her eyes, and was silent for a moment.
"I believe you! I watched you grow up, I know your character, you would never frame someone or do anything immoral. Besides, the evidence is clear, I saw the phone being found with my own eyes! I saw the doctor compare the fingerprints. Even if you framed him, what about the fingerprints? Even if you put the fingerprints there, they wouldn't be so dense, with new and old fingerprints."Austin exclaimed in disbelief. "Mom, you believe him and not me? I'm your son."
Lassie turned her head away, refusing to look at him.

I collected the evidence to ensure I wasn't wrongfully accusing you, to maintain the relationship between the Langley family and the Moore family. As long as Lassie believes me, that's enough!
Whether you admit your guilt or not makes no difference to me!
Since you did something immoral, you should pay for your actions.
Justice is in people's hearts, no matter how much you argue and deny it. We're not fools, we only believe in evidence.
